We repeated the order 3 times, and he still got it wrong. He even repeated it back correctly but still rung it out wrong. He could also have made recommendations on combos that might have been better options.Service is always slow at this location. The restaurant area is clean.

Deepak was the name of the person who took our order. He acted rude tye entire time. Clearly he didn't care about working or representing a this franchise. The facility was clean, although deserted. Perhaps changing Deepak may change the fact that there are few customers.

I ordered online for future order. food was cold when I got it when it should have been hot it was like the cooked it 2 hours before the pick up time. Fries were not even done. Mozzarella sticks were cold and they didn’t even get marinara sauce with it. Will not be going back to this location. Also when I walked to get my order the gentleman who was working seemed irritated that I was there and wasn’t very friendly

I like Mr. Hero and their addition of the Bunugget Bud is fantastic. They should sell the chicken nuggets separately as they are the tastiest I have had in a long time.

I enjoy coming. The food is very good and the staff is courteous and friendly. It's never overly busy in the evenings so you know your for is freshly cooked. Prices are very competitive with other sub shops - and they've got the waffle fries and breaded mushrooms here! Plus the Roman burger!!

Got my order completely wrong for delivery and price of the food it’s pathetic you can’t get a simple order right then I try call like ten times you can must not know how to answer the phone either question? What can you guys do right???

Being new to the area we are trying all the new places. Mr.Hero was definitely one of the options considering my love for a a good cheese steak sandwich. I ordered the "Hot Butter Cheesesteak" on the menu it says to make it a "BTE" which means EXTRA MEAT AND CHEESE.. so naturally I chose to go with the extra meat and cheese!! I ordered the combo which came with fries and a drink. Now upon getting my sandwich I was super excited to try this proclaimed MrHero cheesesteak sandwich I was quick to open the paper. Now when I opened it I was overwhelmed with disappointment as the sandwich was something I would see on the kids meal menu. The extra meat and cheese was so minor I was under the impression that they didn't put in my order the BTE part. Well they did and it was sub-par from anything I have expected from the way Advertised. For the price of it I would say it's not badly priced $10.00 but again if you're a hungry person or want a 10/10 cheesesteak sandwich.. I wouldn't pick this place
