I really liked my drink and the service was outstanding.Parking: Parking kinda sucks, meters, paid lots, and paid garages and yet there seems to be no reason for it since there’s a million empty spots on a weekend. That’s a knock on the city, not the cafe.

Absolutely love the vibe of this coffee shop find! We didn't try any baked goods but they are obviously fresh because they made the shop smell amazing. Highly recommend!

Seldom do I find a barista who can make a London Fog well, but the one who made mine exceeded expectations, and honestly it was one of the best I've ever had. Presentation, taste, everything was brilliant. The location is also nice, with several parking options. Very happy!

This was my first time at this coffee/tea house and I loved it. I went here with a friend to check out their open mic night (which is on Tuesdays). I was so impressed by the overall experience. Upon arriving, one of the baristas showed me over to the tea bar and reviewed all of the teas with me and was very friendly. The tea itself was delicious! I have not had a flavor like it before! The atmosphere is super cute inside. And finally, the open mic was a very enjoyable experience. There was a lot of variety in terms of song choices and talent, which is always fun since you never know what you'll get.

This place has really gone downhill. Poor event organization, slow service, sticky tables, subpar product, no one ever answers the phone. Anytime there's a problem, no one takes responsibility, just blames someone who happens to not be available at the time. Servers behave as if anything you ask for is a big damn inconvenience. I couldn't even read a book here with no one else in the place because the server was blaring terrible music - not very relaxing. I used to love this place, but it's no longer relaxing or comfortable. Unfortunate.

Oh my goodness. The one coffee I will get every single time I come here is the vanilla cloud. I moved to Illinois 6 years ago, and I'm back in akron visiting family, and I HAD to make a stop for the vanilla cloud latte because we don't have muggswigz in Chicago. I dream about this coffee. DREAM about it. I got my husband hooked on it too. But also since this one is in downtown canton you might meet some interesting people...there was a homeless man screaming outside yesterday when we went and he scared my kids so maybe don't bring young kids there.

Had a awesome barista today that showed all the awesome kinds of local made tea. went with the Darjeeling because it reminded me of one of my favorite movies The Darjeeling Limited. Yes I could've got a $1 large iced tea from McDonald's but I greatly paid $4 for my tea and tipped my barista to help support small business! Hopefully this helps influence others to help support small business and declare their independence from corporations.

You can't beat Muggs for coffee in Downton Canton. Plus their baked treats are epic.

The iced lavender cappuccino was one of the best drinks I've had at a coffee shop. I'll be getting that one again. The staff here is friendly and they have a lot of great choices. The only downside and the reason I didn't award five stars is that it lacks an accessible entrance. There is a step up to get into the establishment and no ramp. On occasion, I have to use a wheelchair and so on those days, I wouldn't be able to come enjoy this coffee shop. Overall, it's a great vibe, though. Don't miss this gem of a coffee shop!

The product isn't bad. It's okay. But I'm tired of hearing terrible, ethically disdainful stories from the countless downtown regulars I know. This place has an awful reputation for employees. It's Toxic. The ownership is awful. I highly encourage you to do your research, I guarantee you will have your eyes opened. I find the good in almost every business. This place can't be redeemed.

A very cool atmosphere and very good service. The price is a bit high, but for the trendy coffee shop aura you can't beat it. It has an old relaxing, comfortable feel to the place with plenty of room for you to do school work, office work, or even conduct a small meeting, or group study, etc. I like visiting Muggswigz when I'm in downtown Canton and just hang out there for a minute. I'm sure I like it better than the BIG coffee chain, this place has a local feel that can't be beat.

Great Pumpkin Pie latte and great service! It's on the corner of an old downtown building, nice vib, chill lighting, and cool music...

I’ve been going to Muggswigz for years. Last weekend I stopped in and got a vegan cookie and a drink. As I’m driving away, I bite into my cookie but look down and see this…I go back; they offer a $5 giftcard when the order was over $10 and said a manager would call as I felt more should be done bc this is disgusting. No call days later, I call in and they were very rude, stated owner is very busy and I’d get a call…still no call. Lack of customer concern, l held all meetings here, but now will never go back! Customer service is important and the lack of that is alarming.
