I'm so excited to be writing this review! The business owner and staff has exceptional customer service. I work locally and partake in their "pizza by the slice" offerings. Call ahead, see what they have and be ready for a smile and great food.Last weekend I decided to host Pizza Night for the family, so I ordered a large with all sausage and peppers on half.I was a Pizza Rock Star! After the first bite, the family carried me around the living room chanting, "Pizza boy!".Seriously tho, it was a hit. The sauce was incredible, the toppings were perfectly laid and portioned with experience. The crust is soft and delicious. And it's great leftover, too! They aren't open Sundays, so I ordered at 4p on Saturday. Yum! :)

I was more than impressed by my service as well as the food. I was a little skeptical considering I went in there and it was dead I was the only customer in there and I could tell it was a family on restaurant and I was just a little nervous on how the food was gonna be considering it didn't know if I think it's much business. Boy was I wrong, the owner sat in the dining room and checked on every table personally as well as greeted them and drank them. Food was phenomenal, Sure they lost a lot of business moving from downtown but we really need to make this say regular stop so they can stay in business.

My expectations of the antipasto salad was so far from when i used to order when downtown. $9.99 Lg was not large, large would be the whole container full. Lettuce was old, turning red and wilted. For the price? ?♀️

Ordered a 2 liter of pepsi, but when the delivery driver went to bring our order they we're out of Pepsi. NOT ONLY did this amazing delivery woman go through the drive-thru to get me a 2 L of Pepsi on her own without me even knowing she also got a 2 L of orange pop for the kids that she had heard in the background on the phone!!!! Its a 10!!! Always everytime hands down a 10!!!

3rd time iordered from them, food either burnt. Or missing items, spent 50 on last meal 4.21.2022 and the chicken cacciatore tasted spoiled will not order from them again
Was going to try some pizza and jojos but i was on hold for 4 minutes then the girl who takes the order had me repeat both of my two topping pizza orders no big deal but when she told me jojos are 4 dollars for four jojos i canceled immediately price gouging at its finest there it no way i will pay 4 dollars for 1 potato quartered and pressure fried must have been a joke but im not laughing

Don't know if this review will be in but it's been 25years since I got to eat a pizza from Napoli's. I thought it was good but tonight this was the best it outshines what I had in the past. This Napoli's should be regarded as a city treasure. Thank you!! IT WAS YUMMY 4 MA TUMMY!!

Been 20 to 25 years I got a pizza ordered from Napoli's. It' was good then but now...the crust was perfect cheese perfect. It surpasses the original in my humble opinion. I want this company to keep going since they are the OG Napoli. A very fine job indeed. You've My appreciation. Keep up the good work!
