I advised the young lady I need a box for my 6 large bundt cakes because I'm delivering it to a client and appearance matters. Her response can't put them in a box, offered to buy the box NOPE brown bag only. Terrible customer service!

I love the gluten free cakes and get them frequently. I have celiac disease and these are my favorite!! I placed an order for the new lemon raspberry flavor. When I went to pick up my order I asked for extra icing to be added. It didn't offer that option on line when I purchased it. The lady at the register was very rude and insisted it had given me the option. Then, told me to just come in instead of purchasing on line. They are only available til next week, that's why I ordered it. I was willing to pay for extra icing. She was rude and short with me.Dietary restrictions: Love the options for people with celiac disease!

I ran a fundraiser for my non-profit, and boy was it some work! When I went in Kate was super helpful recounting everything and fixing up my submission form. I was very worried, but she didn't make me feel like I did anything wrong! We worked it out and sold over 300 Bundt cakes!

I finally found a Cake place I love. I have tried every flavor in that cooler and they are all really good. While they still have them you have to try the Key Lime Bundt it is amazing. The Custom service is always friendly and the cakes are always perfect and very delicious. When you can check them out if you haven't already.

Nothing Bundt Cakes did an amazing job for my wedding!! They were professional and kind! They helped in any way they could to get the order perfect for the amount of people we had and delivered right to the venue. Of course they are also delicious! Highly recommend!

Would give them 10 stars if possible, customer service is amazing. Had a little mishap with an order on saturday and I thought I wouldn't be able to have my father's day cake on sunday since they are closed. But one of their employees, Jill, actually met me at the shop on sunday just so I can get my cake for father's day. Just an amazing experience and will continue to order from them.
