Thanks to the young man (Kaleed) who took my complicated order over the phone and prepared it just right!!! The pizza was amazing and so was the service provided by KALEED and BELLA .

I will never understand why people praise this pizza. It was the worst I've ever had. When I saw the photo that reviewer "Tyson" posted, I gagged. This is Papa Bear's pizza - looks like thick not quite melted Swiss cheese on top. Who DOES that? Puts the cheese over the toppings? It is flavorless, if you can avert your eyes while taking a bite, that is. Completely unappealing as presented. WHY????

I've never had a bad meal at Papa Bear's since they opened! I've had everything from their pizza to their veal parmesan (last weekend). The food is always hot, decently priced and very nice portions. I also love the atmosphere especially in the bar. Hopefully the new location will be just as nice. I always recommend Papa Bear's!

Oh. My. Goodness. Real Italian food. Taste like home cooking. Like my grandma used to make. So full. So good. I got the baked ziti. It was amazing. Wait staff was great. They obviously love their jobs.

Been wanting to try this place for quite some time and finally did. It was great. Our server was kind and thoroughly answered our questions and was very attentive. Food was amazing, leftovers heated up well too!

The food here was average. What made this place nice was that they had a private room if you have a large enough group.

We have been coming here for years and it was amazing. Lately it has been awful. It has really been slipping. We’ve ordered take out twice and been told they don’t have the pasta I wanted or the chicken dish I wanted also the meat sauce is terrible. When dining in the service is less than stellar as well. We have given the 3 times you’re out college try. It’s really sad, we really used to enjoy it.

Placed an order for 4 items. Ordered a meatball sub, paid $10.85 and received 1 meatball in an aluminum container, no sandwich. Ordered and paid for extra ranch dip for fried zucchini, received cauliflower and no dipping sauce. Only 1 of the 4 items ordered was correct. Called 330-493-0090 but was told their delivery driver was unavailable and there was nothing they could do about my order, because it was through Door Dash, so I asked why door dash has to pay for their error, he said that's the way it works. Beware! Service is not not what it used to be........

We have been having family gatherings at Papa bears for years. We have had many pleasant experiences there ,however this last time, the service was terrible. They were informed of the large party coming from my Uncle's funeral well in advance. The servers initially brought 6 rolls per table of 12 and brought no more until halfway through service(another 6). We all received one glass of soda on the inside tables and didn't get any refill until the very end when we were leaving. They didn't split the checks until the end which separating the orders in the beginning would have reduced so much confusion. They didn't know who ordered what when they brought the food out just what table it was at. The food was still amazing as always but the service was terrible.

My broasted chicken and potatoes were great but my wife's Italian sandwich was bad. Evidently the sandwich was made then allowed to sit while the chicken cooked, soggy bottom of bun saturated with italian dressing, all the meat (the only thing even slightly warm) was thick in the center of the sub bun and thin on the ends, the tomato was sliced by a child, 1/4 inch thick on one side 3/4 at the other. I ate half of it because I don't care and she took a couple of bites and was done. They charged $4 for yesterdays baked potato because she didn't want chips with it. Bottom line, we won't go back again because I won't take her there, too many other choices.

Absolutely never disappoints one of the best true to Old world Italians coming to America and making pizza here for the first time just amazing Pizza would recommend to anyone from anywhere. Sausage is very flavorful they've been using the same products for so many years it feels like home when you're eating there if you're from the area and know

This place is old and is need of some renovations BUT they do have a Pizza Oven attached that is delicious of course. Salads are good and so is the fried pizza sugar bread. I mean it's nothing but sugar & dough lol. Their "best" pasta (the baked ziti) was severely ok. To be honest I actually didn't like and planned to eat it later but I ended up throwing it away instead. Their dinner is not worth it But I did order a large pizza from the next door pizza oven and that never disappoints

Every time I come here to pick up an order they're either slow as Moses or have a problem with their system and didn't get/realize they had the order. The food is delicious but if you rely on their take out for any reason be prepared to wait forever. This isn't the first time I've had to wait 30-60 minutes past pick up time. It is absolutely ridiculous and you should do better.
