Placed an order for delivery and the delivery guy just dropped it off outside ( it’s winter time ) and didn’t bother knocking or calling to let us know it was dropped off, I called in and the manager Olivia seemed to have an attitude and didn’t bother refunding us or compensating us, but offered to make us wait another hour for hot food, it’s almost 10 o clock at night and we just bought a house and have no way of heating our food up at this time, this is so unprofessional and ridiculous. Who knows how long it was outside… even on contactless delivery it’s still professional to CALL THE HOMEOWNER and let them know their food is there, but they did not, they did not bother offering a refund or anything either, only to make us wait another hour at night for our food to be warm..
The one manager is not a nice person and shouldn't be working in customer service at all. It's been several times I've heard him say the rudest things and just be toxic to the employees around him. You can see it in all of there faces they don't care for him. What kind of environment are you creating for your co workers. hate to call him out but this pizza hut wonders why there a sinking ship. We have also had our food delivered to us a few times and the drivers have really been great and quick too! The one female manager she's so sweet and kind to us everytime we order. But truth be told one good manager isn't enough to keep us coming back. Hope to see a under new management sign out front and we will give it another shot cause the foods decent. Also this store is filthy. Could use a face lift. Just being honest in my review. (Would never use names but im assuming they can figure out who I'm talking about)

Worst service ever !!! “Manager” extremely rude the second he got on the phone called back to politely tell him my order was wrong immediately got hostile and called me out my name very disrespectful and they use old ingredients don’t eat here unless you want to deal with the grinch and end up in the hospital with food

The guy working the counter was rude didn't have a personality he sat there playing on his phone. I use to work at pizza hut it's definitely gotten bad since I worked there. I don't see myself returning and I wouldn't recommend the Cleveland Ave location to anyone. The guy got mad because I didn't tip him.

ordered dinner box and 8 boneless wings and was delivered 8 boneless wings and a personal pan pizza. waited another 40 mins for the correct order to be delivered. total waste of $27 as i dont want to eat re-heated dinner box the next day

This chicken Alfredo pasta needs more sauce and chicken It wasn't that warm very mid still good as shit when blasted

Food is good but i ordered pasta and breadsticks . I did not get the breadsticks . Also they used DoorDash to deliver which I wasn’t expecting and it was delivered to the wrong building . I had no way to contact the driver so I had to go building to building looking for my food . No one would answer the phone at the store either even when I called before close.

Don't really care for Pizza Hut because of past experiences but I saw the ad for the Big New Yorker Pizza for $13.99!! Should have known better than to fall for the tricks played in commercials!! The pizza in the commercial was not what I got!! Not even close!! Will never make that mistake again!

I paid 2 dollars per wing for garlic Parmesan they had a splash of sauce on them they were so dry! I called them and ask what the deal is she said that they were putting on amount they are told to so done with pizza gut thats the quality and service you can expect!
