Called in last Thursday 10/4 at 715pm the girl working the phone got my order completely wrong she never asked me if I wanted pan or hand tossed crust, I asked for extra sauce on my wings and I got no sauce, I also ordered 2 pizzas that didn't have in it what we ordered and to top it off they put down my phone number as the wrong number on the receipt. I went back up there and told them I wanted a refund and gave them their food back. They told me they can't do a refund after cash out and to call corporate.Well I called corporate on 10/4 at 827 pm and spoke to a marg or Anne who I couldn't make out the name since she is not from the United States probably from India. She said she will have the store contact me about a refund. Almost 6 days later no phone call nor no refund. We called again and spoke to Marg or whatever her name is at corporate. She said it's up to the store. I want my money back!!!!! Give me my money back Pizza Hut at 7720 fulton rd nw in Jackson township!!!

This is literally the WORST pizza hut around. Do not order here! Twice we have ordered for delivery and both times the order is incomplete. The managers are NO help at all if they even answer the phone. TERRIBLE food and customer service.

This is the worst Pizza Hut around (they continually turn out substandard pizza's)! I like Pizza Hut Pizzas and regularly eat their pizzas, just not from this store!!!

Pizza was severely undercooked. Called store and they said they would remake and send out. I asked for a credit instead but they claim they don't do that. Pizza was remade and delivered severely undercooked again.
Horrible service. I came on a Friday night and entire staff was in the kitchen. I waited 5 minutes and finally rang the bell. Someone in the back said they would be right up. 10 minutes later no one had even asked me what I was there for. I will NEVER go to this location again.

We order from this location all the time to be delivered. And tonight for some reason or another our DoorDash delivery person literally ate the middle of our pizza. So weird. We didn’t realize that’s what happened at first. But we called back and they were so sweet and sent us a new one out right away. Thank you so much!

Just an all around amazing pizza place with slightly too greasy pizza. Plus if you don't like pizza then boom their boneless chicken wings are also the bomb.
