I have had deliveries of cold pizzas over an hr late. (2 exactly) And I live 5 minutes away. But the thing that bothers me the most is the rude, arrogant, mean service from the employees. It's not the Pizza Oven of my younger years.

I spent 56 dollars on a large pizza that was cold, I ordered a dozen hot wings extra sauce they delivered two dozen that were old and dry and the JoJo's was a joke I paid for an order of thin sliced and they gave me a box with literally 3 single tiny burnt JoJo's that could have knocked me out if you threw one at me!! The guy the on the phone was so arrogant and rude I asked for corporates number and he hung up I had to call back and threaten to come up there for the number to be given to me that entire place is a joke down to the employees I'll never order from there again and I will be posting my pictures and review on my Facebook as well! I'm disturbed I threw it all away and went and got my kids and I McDonald's we rather not get food poisoning! Yall don't deserve 0 stars let alone 1!!

I ordered a pizza and was told 30-40 minute delivery time. After an hour I called to see if there was a problem and they said the driver had already left and should be there shortly. 30 minutes later he pulls up and hands me the pizza, I wrote a 2 dollar tip on the ticket. Needless to say the pizza was cold and then the next day I saw on my credit card statement instead of a $20 pizza and $2 tip I was charged $42. So the driver turned my $2 tip into a $20 tip. I called multiple times and they said to call corporate and they would take care of it but after 6 calls and 6 voicemails explaining what happened no one ever called me back. So I paid $42 for a pizza that took almost an hour and forty minutes. I got tired of wasting my time over $20 but I wouldn’t give them another dollar after this

I’d leave zero stars if possible. Definitely not the same pizza I had growing up in Canton. May as well go to papa John’s now. Very sad to see a Canton institution go downhill like this

Grew up with this pizza & recently moved back home, always get one when I come down to visit the family. Always so good!
First time here. I was waiting and they didn't say my pizza was done. So a little long wait. That is why the 4 star instead of 5 star.Pizza was great. We had a 40 minute drive home. It was still warm and good. If I pass through again. I may order again.

I see a lot of bad reviews here but I’ve never had a bad experience. The atmosphere isn’t great and the service is always at least fine. Their wings are great and the pizza is solid. Never had a messed up order or weird looking food or anything.Parking: Usually plenty of spots, people don’t eat in here. Parking lot is right around the corner from a busy intersection and highway so it’s a bit tight.Kid-friendliness: Never experienced anything that wouldn’t be.Wheelchair accessibility: It doesn’t look like it. Have to step up a curb to enter and there are two very heavy doors to open in the front.

They have thee worst manager that works here. His name is Toby. Terrible attitude. He talks nasty and down to the staff. He got really disrespectful when I returned a chicken salad that was horribly made. Before he started working at this location I had no issues.

Lesh location, COMPLETELY got my order wrong and it went in the trash. The Canton South location, hands down, is worth the drive (if you're not local) the best pizza ever. Dough is always fresh and tastes great. The people there are always so friendly. I'd give them a 7/5☆
