Our order was completely messed up .. When we got home and saw that our order was messed up, we tried to call them several times and never got an answer .. We tried calling the next day, and still no answer .. We're pretty much done with Rally's .. And it's sad. They used to serve up some decent food .. there steadily going down hill .. and go fast ..
Literally never remember to put the fries in the bag. Not ever I swear it's when you get an additional order of fries it's like the normal order with the combo just doesn't exist anymore. Beyond me or why is a mystery.... Wrapping up sandwiches also is a solid attribute to have.

This place is constantly stealing from people, I've told them several times not to fill the soda glass up with 3/4 ice, I don't have enough drink to finish my meal. The time before last, I beeped my horn to see if someone would take my order, the guy refused my order and wouldn't serve me, I contacted corporate and will be contacting them again about the all ice sodas they are serving, nonsense!
