In the past the food has been great. Sunday's visit however was a tremendous disappointment. Our favorite dishes were no longer on the menu. What we did order was terrible. The chicken and waffles were obviously frozen and the worst I've ever had. My wifes breakfast tacos were inedible. I expected better...sad.

Came here a little after 4pm tonight, there was a few people in there but not too many, there were no waiters or waitresses, we waited for a little bit and then we left, due to lack of service,The table was not clean and neither were the menus, just sayin.So I went home and made my own dinner!I can’t believe you don’t have some kind of steak on the menu either!You all missed out bc I am a good tipper

Overall the place is nice. The seating is good with a nice patio. They even have a fireplaces outside if it's chilly too. The decor is nice with some brewing touches and it was clean.The service was good. Our server was polite and attentive. The food was a mixed bag. The soft pretzel was good with the stoneground mustard and their beer cheese. Pulled pork nachos were alright. The pork was dry and could've used a BBQ sauce or been kept in it's cooking juices.The main meals took a while but a big group had ordered before us so that's understandable. However I think this caused the problem with our food. Three of us had burgers and got medium well for all of them. I think they got away from them cause they were pretty burnt. They weren't hockey pucks but you could pretty much only taste the char. The fries however were really good. They did offer to remake the burgers which was nice of them but we didn't wanna wait any longer.Overall I wanna give them another shot. Just easily fixable things that honestly maybe on a different day wouldn't even be a problem.

Really enjoy the craft beer options as well as cocktails and wine. We had the wings with the sticky honey sauce and it was delicious. We also tried the Parmesan truffle fries which were delicious and the French onion dip. My husband liked the jalapeño appetizer but it was a bit spicy for me.

Here is the message I sent a week ago to the Royal Docks and have yet to hear back... "Instead of leaving a horrendous public review I'll just leave my comments here.... What does someone have to do to get service at Foeder house? My family comes frequently but lately it's been awful. Just sat in there almost 15 minutes and no waitress took our order. My husband tried to order at the bar and was told we had to wait for a server. Still no one came to take our order. I'm really disappointed in what used to be a staple in our weekly routine. I think you have lost several loyal customers after the last two visits to this location!" So disappointed after years of great experiences!

We moved away from Canton a few years ago and have always loved Yuletide at Royal Docks during the holiday season. We visited and had a long wait before a server visited our table, but when the drinks came, all 3 beers ordered had a chemical taste to them. The server was kind and replaced them, but it still had the same chemical taste. We even tried something that wasn’t Yuletide, but the aftertaste didn’t change. I work at a brewery and this is definitely some major errors in the brewing process. It’s sad to see the quality has gone down so much since last year when we visited. The food was fine, though overpriced. Probably will not be coming back next year.

It's officially Christmas Ale season and the Yuletide at Royal Docks is a local favorite. I love the fresh rosemary and sugar on the rim (optional). This beer is fragrant and delicious. I also like the dinner options here, which range from traditional pub foods like flatbreads, wings and burgers, to some healthier options like the shrimp bowl with brown rice, avocado and corn. It's an inviting setting with the fires going on the patio, and they have some good Happy Hour deals. One of their standard brews - the Royal Dark - is currently offered for $3 even after Happy Hour ends. Service was team based and very friendly and attentive.

The food was cold. They never came to check to see if everything was okay. The food was overpriced. We were unknowingly charged a to use our credit card! We will not return again!!!!
