Going inside to order a coffee takes as long as making an entire pot yourself, and waiting on it. 8-12 cars will go through the drive thru and mobile orders are made before the Cafe orders get made. I haven't waited less than 15-20 minutes the last 4 visits to get a "tall" (Which is a small anywhere else) pike roast with some cold foam. The restaurant next door makes food and has it waiting before you get a coffee. Drive thru and mobile orders are usually behind as well. Order 20 minutes ahead if you want anything on time.

Great customer service and all 5 ordered drinks were flawless. Clean atmosphere, which makes it enjoyable to either work at or just socialize. Great work team and management...keep up the great work.

I ordered two Venti Americanos, one with cream & stevia and one black. What I got was one black a one with some kind of sweetener, but with no cream. Both were weak and poor tasting, as if they were not made properly. I have to say, the staff seemed disconnected and uninterested in taking or completing my order.

They are out of sandwiches/lunch items more than they actually have them... You probably have a 1/3 chance of them actually having the sandwich/lunch menu item that you want. Very inconvenient and frustrating. Other than that, I have no complaints about the actual service.

I frequent this Starbucks as it is local to me and today the baristas were even more exceptional than usual. There were probably over 20 young kids yelling, running, and making noise inside of the store that was very disturbing to all here, as well as my service dog. All of the team handled the situation with grace and respectfully calmed everyone. Not only did they do this with ease, but after the kids exited they (baristas) apologized profusely and gave my dog and I a complementary drink (pup cup + refill). I cannot express how much I love the workers here ! Every single interaction I have with each of them is so positive and up-lifting. I come for the coffee but stay for hours studying and doing homework for the awesome staff!

Don't add extras... you'll get charged but not get it. I'll be getting coffee elsewhere from now on. I'm done with Starbucks as the service has just gotten worse since covid. I keep returning, hoping it has changed, but it hasn't. This is my last trip, not that Starbucks cares.

Stopped by and went through drive thru early in the morning before a road trip. It wasn't busy. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The inside is usually cozy but can be busy because it's a smaller size space.Parking: There was a good amount of parking but it can be limited during busy hours since there are many other businesses nearby.
