i had subway 2-3 days ago and i’ve got food poisoning since and i threw up at work yesterday and i threw up today and haven’t received a call back after a complaint and im currently bout to be on my way to the hospital.Vegetarian options: it is good choice

The midnight crew at this subway is the best subway crew I have ever had the experience of interacting with! Tee and David are so energetic and make it such a nice place anyone who complains about the food might as well look in the mirror and yell at themselves because at subway you have it your way if you don't like your sandwich your the one who made it. Much love too the midnight crew! This subway is the only one in Canton that I know of that is open 24/7 and they keep it nice and clean especially for it being in the hospital.Parking: Parking is the parking garage connected to the hospital!

Me and my brother ordered lunch. And. We had 12 raspberry cheesecake cookies and they messed up our orders we have four double chocolate it was one. Cookie was. Ateen off of and the other was. Brooken. That. Left. Us with. Very unprofessional and inappropriate Lady was rude I would not recommend anybody eat here. We ordered for delivery. They need to learn how to be more professional and do their jobs better

I call today because one of my things that I order was not right talk to a girl name Gen who was rude and hateful when I ask for her boss name so I can call to talk to her she then hang up... Yes one of the cookies look like it was eating off of.Ps I order though door dash.

I have to give this 1 star because I didn’t even receive my food.I placed an order via the Subway app for a 6” meatball sub. It was supposed to be ready at 12:25. The app said that it was ready before then. I headed to subway, and when I got there a sub was bagged up, right next to my receipt on the counter.This subway doesn’t use the pickup rack that they have for online orders. They always leave the ready subs on the counter.I tried taking the sub and they told me that it wasn’t mine. I decided to wait for my sub to be made. Over the next 10 minutes, one employee made sandwiches for customers while another stayed at the register and didn’t attempt to make any sandwiches.At no point did anyone tell me that my sub was going to be made, it was coming right up, or that it was ready. I just stood watching for around 10 minutes before I finally left. I had to get back to work and couldn’t waste anymore time. I’m disappointed to say the least. I probably won’t be back.Should I have asked where my food was? Maybe. Should I have to? Nope.

I am a door dasher and I was treated like garbage in this establishment. I was the first dasher to arrive out of three and mine was the first one that was supposed to be made and was told we will get to it when we get to it. They made all the other orders in the restaurant before mine including the other two door dashers. My order was 15 minutes late because of this place. When I asked about the status of my order I was told just to wait my turn and they will get to it eventually.The atmosphere quickly became not friendly after the 2nd time I asked about the status of my order and the persons tone became very rude and hostile after this.10/10 would NOT recommend this establishment.

Placed mobile order. Estimated pick up time 6:20PM. Order wasn’t ready until 7:15PM. Had to return, order was missing chips and a drink. Only 2 workers, taking turns with their lunch. Consumers in line were all waited on before our mobile orders. We weren't the only ones waiting. I requested extra mayonnaise, there was too much to attempt to eat my sub. My kind of cookie I ordered wasn’t baked yet.

The person on duty prioritized texting on phone with multiple customers waiting. They also did not wash their hands in between texting and serving food. I would avoid this place unless you want food poisoning.

I wish I didn't have to give any stars at all. I came in around 5 pm on November 4th and had the worst experience of any restaurant ever. The two women working were downright awful. The woman making my sub was by far the worst. Let's start with her sneezing while making my sub. Gross, right? It gets worse! I ordered the all American club. She asked if I wanted it toasted. I said no but asked for the bacon to please be heated and she rolled her eyes. She took the 3 pieces of bacon for the footlong and threw them in the middle of the sub. Next, she took every drop of bacon grease and dumped it on my sub too. My fiance and I got to the register and said we wanted to turn both footlongs into the meal deals. The sign behind the register said either chips and a small drink or 2 cookies and a small drink. He ordered the small drink and chips, I ordered the small drink and two cookies. After eating my sub I realized I only got one cookie. I went back to the register and never expected to be treated as poorly as I was. The woman asked the other worker if she gave me a cookie. She said no that I did not get any cookies. I said, yes, I absolutely did. She said so is she lying? And the girl shrugged her shoulders. She then doubled down and said I didn't order any cookies. After I insisted again, the woman who sneezed while making my sub said, "when you order a meal you only get chips or cookies not both. It doesn't work that way." I said I get that but I purchased 2 footlongs and 2 meal deals. 1 with chips and 1 with cookies. She once again said I didn't get any cookies. To her surprise, I hadn't ate the cookie yet and went and grabbed it. I held it up and said if I didn't get a cookie than what is this. At that point the sandwich sneezer/rude woman/eye roller pulls out the entire tray of cookies and shoved it in my face and said just take whatever you want and then put it back to serve to other customers. How does she know if my hands were clean or that I wasn't sick? I could've just picked my butt! ? I hope she didn't spit in my sub in addition to sneezing on it. I typically don't write reviews that are damaging but I literally left subway crying because of how I was treated. We spent just over $30. I only wanted what I paid for. Nothing more; nothing less. I worked in customer service for most of my professional career and that's not how you treat people. Calling customers liars and rolling your eyes because a customer orders a sub at subway? Completely unacceptable. Subway in Mercy Hospital Canton, Ohio please do better. I am disabled and on a limited budget and shouldn't have to argue to get what I paid for!

Absolutely DIRTY! Especially for being in a hospital. Visible dirt on the counter. Old crumbs and food remains under the POS system. The drink machine is disgusting. I couldn’t even eat my food hardly after witnessing these conditions.
