Vary rude staff me an my boyfriend on our way home stop to get lunch at 1:30 a there was no staff to be found anywhere !! Some older lady was in front of me in line said she been there for 20 mins looking for the staff finally the staff people answered the old lady an was cussing an screaming at this poor old lady broke my heart all cause the staff was goofing off in the back an didn’t want to work I’ve had issues here in the past with rude staff but this was my straw ! That old lady didn’t deserve that !

First time at this location and my last. Both sandwiches we ordered had so much sauce on them can't even eat the sandwich. And no napkins to go with all that sauce.

Ordered on app. It showed that my order would be ready at a certain time. Got to the store to pick up sandwich and employee said they had no order. I went in the store to show the order and my bank account where the money was taken out. The employee didn't even let me say anything and told me that they weren't making me the sandwich. I told them that I wasn't leaving until sandwich was made or refund was received. I am 60 and walk with a cane!! The employee hit the panic button, feeling threatened and two police cars showed up. I was told I wasn't allowed to go back in the store and to contact corporate. All over a 10 dollar sandwich!! Do better SUBWAY!! BTW, contacted corporate and they haven't responded!! Jersey Mike's opened a store 2 blocks from my house. I'll go there!!

i called them right after placing a doordash order because i wanted to change the wrap i had ordered to flat bread. im not usually someone to complain but this lady answered and rushed the phonecall so much this is how our conversation went "hi! i just placed an order on doordash and theres no option for the type of bread-" immediately cuts me off and says something about italian bread (couldn't understand her) i said "is there any way i could replace the wrap with flatbread?" she sighed into the phone and said "sure but we close at 7 be here before then." then in the most childish voice says "byeeeee!!" and cuts me off by hanging up the phone before i can say "okay thank you!" this hurt my heart i took it a little personally ? like i have absolutely never been treated like that at any place in my life and again im never the person to complain about this kind of stuff because i completely understand how hard working in the food industry is but my god!

I rarely post reviews, but this time I had to say something. I have a hair in my sub and it's not small either and have taken a picture of it after opening the wrapper. It's absolutely disgusting. This is the second consecutive time I've ordered from this Subway and have had an issue. The last time I ordered 2 subs and neither of them were cut. I will now always avoid this Subway and will never give them business again. I'm guessing these workers have an issue with not getting a tip from online orders. Why would I tip for something I'm driving to pick-up and have yet to see or eat the food to give a tip?
