Good food, terrible drive-thru experience. Tuesday 3/19/24 dinnertime, I made an order on the Taco Bell app. I drove to Taco Bell, and got in line at the drive through. There was a white SUV at the speaker, two cars behind it, then me. We all sat there while the woman in the white SUV took her time ordering what seemed to be many many many things off the menu board - or maybe she was just chatting with the order-taker. 4 full minutes went by. FINALLY, she pulled ahead, and the two cars ahead of me ordered and pulled ahead. I gave my mobile order code - but could not move up. White SUV was at the food-hand-out window. Where she sat. And sat. And sat. ELEVEN MINUTES LATER, she finally pulled away.If there had not been a tall concrete barrier (and a dropoff) to my right, I'd have left the line. At LEAST 6 cars that I could see where also trapped behind me.Seriously, Taco Bell - you have GOT to have people like that with (presumably) large orders pull around and park. I have never spent over 15 minutes in a drive-through line and you can bet I never will again.P.S. The new Cantina crispy chicken taco was out-of-this-world delicious, although it would've tasted better had I still not been shaking with rage.

I was going to go in and order food. And they don't do it at the registers anymore. It's on a screen. And sure, they'll give you a person to help, but I couldn't modify what I wanted and it's so impersonal. I walked out.

It's Taco Bell, you know what you're getting. Granted you used to be able to get a belly full for $5 in the past. It's still the cheapest option for fast food around. I don't have much luck ordering delivery, multiple times I haven't received food items. Most times it's someone's entire meal that's forgotten, but they have had no issues correcting the problem. Just kinda defeats the purpose of ordering delivery when you have to go there to pick up the missing food.

Oh. My. Goodness!! Sweet taco bell always makes my tastebuds tingle. Love the contrast in flavors between the salty delicious taco and the crisp tropical baja blast. Never in my LIFE have I experienced something as tasty as a CRUNCH WRAP SUPREME. Zooweemama!! The workers here at this specific location delivered my first born child AND gave my baby his first baja blast! Great Medical Care! YAYYYYYYY!!!!

This place is a garbage fest every time I come through. Either disconnecting their phone early to avoid customers, closing early, or not even having large or medium cups for drinks that are already ordered. I wasn’t asked for any replacement options. I’ve came to this location a total of 3 times and I’ve regretted it every single time. You’re cashier was smart not to hand off a receipt with her name since she knows she’s being rude to customers. It isn’t the customers fault you guys have no supplies but you have customers coming through. This place hasn’t been together since it’s opened, a bunch of unprofessional kids who could care less about anything happening other than smoking on the outside patio and being on their phone. What a joke.
