5 stars for this Taco Bell. I pulled up behind 3 cars already in the drive thru. We all got our orders within 5 min. My order was prepared right and tasted great.

I accidentally ordered to the wrong location so i tried to ask if they could make it there since i had my order confirmation on my phone and before i could finish a women interrupted the man taking my order and very rudely told me she couldn’t do it. i understand if you can’t do it but you don’t have to be rude af. i’ve had too many negative instances at this location lately to not leave a review. also my order was $5 and she couldn’t do it. i understand if it was $20 but it was literally $5. ALSO they messed my order up.

The food is normally mid Taco Bell. Not amazing not bad except the Cinnabons are normally always hard except on the weekend. I’m not sure who was in the kitchen tonight but all my tacos weren’t stale and the Cinnabons were soft and the fiesta potatoes were soft and just tasted so good. Like 12/10 tonight guys!! That was the best. Schedule that cook every night haha

My order was super simple... It was just Soft taco supremes and yet somehow they gave us just soft tacos and the tortillas were stale?.

Repeatedly slow and poor performing regarding food and service.
Used a kiosk to order. Went smoothly. Missed having people to take orders. Box dinners was nice.

Without doubt the Belden Village location is the worst service of all locations.!!!!.. The drive-thru is by far the slowest and can be clocked by a calendar because they are ungodly slow. Don't even contemplate going there on a lunch break cuz you will be

I would not waste my time at this place. I ordered through the app for delivery. $29.00 order. The time kept being pushed back more than an hour! After calling and talking to the GM there, I asked to cancel the order and was told the order had been made and was sitting waiting on a driver. I said that the food would be cold and was told by the GM that that's not her problem!
