The Texas Roadhouse has been going down the last few months. The Cactus Blossom is uncooked and not drained properly, so it's sitting in grease. The medium rare steak is rare. The to go section, won't answer the phone, even when they just open. The manager is always outback on the phone. Read the other reviews, things have recently changed for the worse at this location.

I wish someone there would learn how to make ice tea. We have decided not to return until you start to useing more than one teabag to make a gallon. Looks like water for $3.00.

Absolutely wonderful meal, fast service, food was excellent, service was perfect, staff was so friendly!Parking: Plenty of parking in restaurants own lot.Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of room to access tables with wheelchairs.
I ordered Togo for pickup at 7:59, we arrived on time and i walked in to let them know i was here. We then parked in the Togo spot and I received the text below, and clearly followed the instructions. It wasn’t until 20 minutes later, when I walked up to the window to ask how much longer that they told me my order had been ready and sitting there and that I had opted out of texts. Terribly run establishment, obviously no organization whatsoever. When a customer spends over $50 plus tip for Togo you’d think you’d get your food on time.

The food is always outstanding. The service is fast, and they did a great job keeping our glasses full of drink, and ecstatic rolls on the table. Prices are fair, and call ahead seating is available. Note that the atmosphere can be loud at times.
