Our experience last Saturday night at the Crush House was beyond disappointing. I took my son and daughter-in-law there for my daughter-in-law's birthday. They had never been there. I went on and on about how lovely Gervasi was, and how good the food was, etc. I was excited for them to experience it.Since the Crush House does not take reservations, we expected some wait time. However, we waited TWO HOURS for our table. It wasn't that crowded! They said it was because we had a party of five. We sat by the bar looking at so many empty tables above us and a table of 6 which empty most of the time! The manager finally apologized about our wait which was due to staffing, he said. We were the LAST party to eat. By that time, although the food may have been good, we couldn't really enjoy it. The waiter was good and prompt. However, with that kind of wait time we did not receive any kind of complimentary anything. It was an organizational mess.

The Crush House is amazing. Our server was wonderful and was very attentive. We had a large group and she was very friendly and made great suggestions on food and drink. We will go back again and again.

Classy, upscale, casual place to have a few bites to eat and drinks. A great live band appeared Saturday night. The Greek flatbread is very good. There's a beautiful outdoor seating area. I would definitely recommend going here with a date. Everything is gorgeous.

Food is good but nothing spectacular. Our meal started off good with appetizer of arancini balls and seafood dip, and our main courses were margarita chicken (5/10) and short rib gnocchi (8/10). The worst part of the meal was dessert, we ordered their version of tiramisu, a complete miss. The waiter told us afterwards that they do not use real ladyfingers and they definitely do not use mascarpone - very disappointing end. Literally taste like Costo tiramisu - which I also hate. Drinks are good. I just feel that at these prices, the food should be alot better. There was nothing that I had that I will crave and have to come back again.

Loved dining here. The Tower room offered a nice private space for our group. The service was exquisite and our server was excellent. The food came out fast and hot, and everything was delicious. I highly recommend.

What an amazing wine bar! The atmosphere is “warm industrial” and it works. The wine list (see photos) is extensive and exclusive to Gervasi wines. They also have a great list of available cocktails. The menu includes appetizers, entrees and pasta dishes. We had the loaded pita chips - so good! Thank you to our server Addie for the friendly service! She was a delight! When ordering a flight, ask for crackers - the wine is significantly better with food on the palate!

My party of 6 arrived at 5:00 pm. We were told that we were 6th on the wait list. We sat at bar for 1 hour. I asked the hostess how much longer. She said we are 4th on the list and she couldn’t provide me an estimated wait time. We ended up waiting over 2 hours for a table. We finished our meal at 8:00 pm (3 hours later). After waiting an additional 20 minutes for a manager and our server to run a gift card for payment of meal, we decided enough was enough and left. It was the worst dining experience that I have ever had. Both managers on staff were completely incompetent and appeared to have no management skills whatsoever. Extremely disappointing. We will never return to this restaurant.
