I had not planned to stop but just happened to be driving by and needed dinner. Baby Back ribs were really good and hit the spot. A bit of bark and the fat was rendered while the meat still had a bit of chew (ie not overdone). The BBQ sauce was incredible which is high praise given I am VERY picky with sauces. Certainly better than many of the other BBQ options in the greater Akron area.If I had to nit-pick, (owning/running 3 backyard smokers myself) I like a bit more smokey...read full review
