Was better back in the day. No consistency for the product. It's a shame. What was awesome is now mediocre. I worked managing Pizza Huts for over 20 years. If they don't fix it, it will die. A little pride and great customer service go a long way. Bring that aspect back and you will thrive. Ignore it and cut your losses.You will be out of business in 10 years max.
You just can't visit Canton, Ohio and fail to get Pizza Oven pizza and broasted "Jo-Jo" potatoes. Pizza Oven is a local favorite - we all grew up on Pizza Oven. It's usually the first place I go when I go home to visit. I literally place my order when I'm about 30 minutes away so I have pizza as soon as I get home. It's that much of a Canton institution!

Two out of the three times my family placed an order at this particular Pizza Oven they’ve messed up our food. The staff is not particularly apologetic or helpful in these situations and it seems like it happens pretty frequently there….When they do manage to get the food right it’s great, but again, getting the orders right 1/3rd of the time just doesn’t cut it. If you’re planning on getting some Pizza Oven and you want what you actually ordered definitely go to one...read full review
