One of those shops that will not accommodate a simple request. We ordered at Fremont Coffee at Tuscarawas St on April 1 at 12:40pm. Despite asking for very light ice, our chai teas were served with an excessive amount, which significantly diminished the flavor and enjoyment of the drinks. How hard is it to understand lite ice?

An absolutely delightful atmosphere for both family as well as friends. I often see Gabe the most and he's a superb employee. It's evident that employees here are trained properly as I first met him during only his 1st or 2nd day, and I had the impression he's been here for a few years.Dietary restrictions: I have a coworker who's allergic to nuts, which some of the drinks do contain, and the staff was so friendly and patient to reccomend items that wouldn't affect my colleague.

really great coffee, but i overheard one of the female baristas berate another employee and call them “retarted,” it made me very uncomfortable. i believe her name is aubrey? i really didn’t like this, i have a handicapped brother and it’s really gross to hear
A great little coffee shop. Love that they opened this one in Perry! Staff is friendly and keep the line moving quickly! Also the coffee is great. Much better than the commercialized big coffee shops.

Enjoyed my first visit here after hearing a great recommendation. The staff were friendly and helpful about the menu. Our drinks came within a few minutes and we sat. The rustic decor with holiday decorations was nice. The tumeric lattes was fantastic. It was thankfully more savory than sweet. I liked the cinnamon in it. I would stop by again when visiting the area.
