Had a horrible experience I ordered last night through uber eats and I had multiple issues. 1 my sugar cookie was HARD literally it wasn't a soft cookie, I ordered a vanilla shake and received chocolate, my salad didn't come with dressing, no pickel or onions on my sandwich. When I called the male that answered named Jeremiah stated that if I would of called sooner my frosty would have been corrected. I told him on my receipt it says vanilla so it's no reason I should have to call when I choose the correct option. He debates with me telling me I'm wrong and how my order was correct because they follow the receipt well CLEARLY NOT IF I HAD A CHOCOLATE FROSTY WHEN I SHOULD OF HAD VANILLA, CLEARLU NOT IF MY COBB SALAD HAD NO RANCH, CLEALY NOT IF MY SANDWICH CAME PLAIN..... I will state my baked potato was good it came with lots of bacon, I just hope you guys pay more attention

This location always gets my order right...and quickly, at that! I will say likely because of proper staffing and a team that's a well-oiled machine. Other locations and restaurants should take notes from this Wendy's location.
It seem like ever time I go to this location they always mess up my order. It's so.ething missing or not the right meal size when I paid for an upgrade. Then when u get to the window and let them know they get an attitude. I'm like your food cost to much for me to miss out on what I have already paid for just fix my order.

Honestly, The place is always clean and customer service is always genuinely polite. My food is always fresh and I just moved to the Canton area a month ago, this is by far the best Wendy's I've patronized

If you go inside the counter service is always slow, however they are usually friendly. The drive thru seems to move much faster.Wheelchair accessibility: The doors are single and narrow I wouldn't want to go through them in a wheelchair.
Went in after my daughter's cheer competition and waited in line for 10 minutes and no one greeted let alone acknowledged us. A manager finally made an appearance and I asked if someone could take our order and she told me they were making a large door dash so no one could take my order at the moment.There were about 10 employees on the clock and no one could greet us or take our order? Worst experience ever!Canton do better and get some Management that cares!! By the way we heard her comments walking out what a joke! Oh well they didn't want to wait huh! No doubt!! Not for bad service we don't!!

Stopped here (drive thru) to get regular chocolate Frosty. Machine was down. It was a hot day, and we really wanted Frostys to cool off & refresh. Very disapointed. ?Got Queso Fries only, but they were good! Yummy queso sauce. The girl taking drive-thru orders was pretty nice about, though.?♀️
