Had a mobile drive thru order. Was in a hurry and the drive thru was wrapped around the building so I went inside to pick up my order and all hell broke lose because I chose to pick up inside. They didn't give me any of the extra butters or sour creams I requested with my baked potato and they didn't give me the barbecue sauce I requested with my fries. When the manager of all people said my order was done, she could have meant it... but instead I just got a half eaten dinner because it wasn't made correctly. The location on everhard has much better customer service

I woke recommend going to market or Whipple. I'm just gonna say this Wendy's is ghetto. The food is never cooked right when they actually have what you order. And the people that work in there?! That's another story. I just pulled off bc it's unbearable at this

This Wendy’s has gone so far downhill. Very disappointing. I had gone through the drive thru and the younger girl at the window handed me my food with her back to me- not looking at me, continuing a conversation with her coworker.. I’ve never been served by someone’s back before. It was absolutely rude and off putting. Then anther recent time I had gone through the drive thru and this girl hands me both drinks. I asked “ can I get two straws please?” She said “ yeah” but turned away from me and started getting other drinks. ( not in my order) This other lady hands me the food. I check the bags, twice- no straws. So I just waited for the first girl to get the straws. However I sat there for SIX MINUTES with this girl making eye contact with me and ignoring me. No one opened the window to see what I needed- line building up behind me- not one person was like “ this car has all there stuff but is still there hmm I wonder what they need” the older lady finally opens the window and tries to hand me two huge bags of food.. I said I’ve been being ignore by all of these staff members, I just need TWO straws. This old gal responds with “ they are in the bag”. They most certainly are NOT you think I just hung outside this window for 6 minutes just to hold up the line?! So absolutely rude. Guess what if you don’t want to work in a place where you have to speak nicely and actually work a little- go somewhere else! I’m so sick of rude people who act like I inconvenienced them by ordering food from where they WORK. Lazy Lazy LAZY!

It was a rainy windy day, cold. My sister and I needed a bite to eat on our way to visit a friend. This restaurant was clean, fast food was hot employees were friendly. It was a good experience I recommend it.

the prices have gone WAAAY up and the portions have gone WAAAY down. the food tasted good and was as ordered but the shock of the price going from $8.99 for a burger meal (1 year ago) to $14 for the same meal and the burger being much smaller was some serious sticker shock.

RAW CHICKEN BREAKFAST SANDWICH yesterday!!!!!!Got the breakfast honey chicken sandwich. Was eating and driving,food didn't taste rite, looked down and saw the raw chicken Hopefully food poisoning will not happen.!!!!Potato's were warm not hot.Spoke with store manager. Wonderful lady got my money back. Called corporate. Haven't heard from them.They said district manager would follow up.. no follow up!!This is totally unacceptable. Food poisoning or Samanilla could happen. Based on other food reviews at this store, this isn't the only problem or time that less than great customer is happening.I LOVE WENDY'S MOST OF THE TIME
