Over priced place to eat. Nothing good for a vegetarian. If you order a set up. No meat at all you'll pay for a big price. Seriously they should rethink the price for just bread,tomatoe,cheese, N onion. That with fries and a small drink cost $10.00.. I understand that it get busy during the noon rush, but being given brown lettuce is unacceptable. Please throw away the bad parts, what if I wasn't a person who doesn't rearrange the sandwich to put on the bun correct, and many others are eating runny lettuce ?

I ordered my food no problem, when I pulled up to pay I had to wait while the cashier finished her conversation then she came to the window and without greeting took my card no smile or anything, ran my card and just handed back with the receipt not a word spoken not a smile to be had and she just gave me this look that made me feel uncomfortable.Then I pull forward and this old lady hands me my drink that’s 99 percent ice and 1 percent root beer, and she had the same blank stare as the cashier and the same attitude, no smile and no greeting. Neither of them spoke to me once. Then she hands me my food and closed the window. I drive off and take a bite of some fries and these suckers are dry and hard as hell. When o get home I get to my sandwich that was just carelessly slapped together. I don’t think I’ll be returning to any Wendy’s and especially not this one

Sure she may not be smiling but you never know what she's going through... she spoke to me politely and told me to have a good night etc. I'm glad I walked over here from my truck at Pilot despite the negative reviews - decent experience !
My wrap was like chewing on cardboard. The chicken was old, chewy, stringy. No buttermilk ranch dressing on it. AWFUL!!! Totally a waste of money. My husband's double cheese burger was very good. Just don't order a wrap!!!!

Went thru drive thru and got foodGot all the way home and they forgot a sandwich. I called back and asked if they could add a sandwich since I have to come all the way back. The manager said no. Next time I will hold the line up and check and make sure everything is in the bag. Very poor policy

I order curbside and I had to go in and get it.... and then it was cold cause it was sitting outside waiting there for over 40 mins cause I didn't receive no email or anything saying my order was ready. According to the message it was suppose to be brought to me.

I could tell girl at register is new.. no problem right. Ordered 2 regular meals and started waiting and waiting.. 2 other indoor customers ordered meals AFTER me and got theirs.. several drive thru orders finished.. still waiting on a baconator burger.. all the sammich makers stop and the manager finally asks what I need.. then they start all while my fries are stone cold.. take fries back to counter and had to wait on another batch because? They’re out lol. Tables was half clean, flies all around order register area, watched 2 people go through drive through and have to come back inside to get correct food.. Saturday 23rd at 2pm. Don’t know the female manager name but we sure wasn’t impressed at all.
