New English muffin breakfast sandwiches are better than McDonald's. Texture and taste of the muffin is more like Thomas's English muffins where McDonald's are softer like a bun. And Wendy's uses regular bacon, not Canadian bacon.

It unfortunate that kids inside screwed the take out order up. Arrived home n 1/2 order wasn't in the bag. Called store manager 2 complain about the service. I had 2 go back 2 store get that right order.

Overall Wendy's was pretty good! I haven't eaten it in years. Got a single cheeseburger, split a fry and had a frosty. The weird thing was how stuffed I was the rest of the day. I was uncomfortably full.

There are 3 Wendy's locations near me. This is by far my family's favorite. The staff and management are friendly. The drive thru is fast. And the food is the freshest of the three.

Wendy's was my very first job right when I got out of high school, and is where I fell in love with the restaurant industry. This specific location on Everhard, ever since this new location opened I stop here frequently bc I live close. I drive for work all around Ohio and periodically get Wendy's (bc it's better than any other fast food place) but no matter where I go this location is 10/5 stars. The staff is friendly. The orders come out quick. THE ORDERS EVEN COME OUT RIGHT. EVERY SINGLE TIME. With this being said, the staff has definitely not been the same since I've been coming here all these years and yet you still are my favorite one to go to. rather rude when telling them we had a mobile order in the drive thru and said we must come in - that our order will be on the counter even though we chose the drive thru option, which we chose for a specific reason. Obviously they don't understand the concept or just don't understand how it works.
