This is the second time we have paid over 60.00 for food and they have not sent the vegetables we paid for, then I called them after the second time and was hung up on ! The service sucks I feel robbed.

So you turn off online ordering due to high volume and tell me to call or come in. Then I call and you say you no longer do orders over the phone??? No real solution given to me. I even asked if I should come in and place my order and get told there's a wait. Like, I'm aware since yall are busy. What a joke. And to top it off, we drive by not even 2 min later and 4 people are out back on what I would assume is a smoke break... management must be so proud

Ordered online for takeout, and was told the wings would be done in 45 minutes. Showed up 40 minutes later, and the food was ready. Went home and everything was cold. Fries were ice cold, wings soggy from sitting in the container, and we were missing side sauces and veggie sticks. This isn't the first time we've had problems at this location, we will not be back.

This place is full of criminals. I've seen some nasty people in this place watched the new managers sit around and do nothing and are rude and point fingers at workers to do a job they can clearly do because they are doing nothing. The workers already are doing stuff and are supposed to stop to do other stuff and get yelled at for not finishing the first task. They treat the employee's like slaves. This is and will be my last time getting food from this place the chicken is never fully cooked and when I ask for well done I don't get it. Chicken pieces are small not worth the price at all. Boneless wings look like popcorn chicken and the traditional are also small. I overheard a manager talking about how the fryers are never boiled out or cleaned properly made me want to run out but I am sure they wouldn't of given me my money back.

They close 30 minutes early, because they stop taking orders at 11:30pm. That's what the closing manager said. Disappointing and I left hungry. The neon sign says open til midnight. Says nothing about orders I guess.

I usually order from the West Tusc location and they’re usually pretty good. This time Tusc wasn’t taking orders on Uber Eats and the Belden location was selected. Well… unfortunately they ruined my wingstop experience forever. Biting into absolutely raw chicken has to be one of the more jarring eating experiences of my life. It wasn’t raw in the sense that most people see a pinch of red from a vein or a slightly pink bone. Boneless wings raw through and through. Not all of them, but they were all rolling in the same box.Pics provided, look at your own risk… it’s pretty gross. I contacted Uber about it, but not sure what they’re going to do. Crossing my fingers I don’t get sick.

Please wear gloves. You’re working with food for other people to eat. Don’t scratch your face then use that same hand for boxing up food. Literally saw an employee scratch their face, then use that same hand to place a paper inside a to go box. They had to smush the paper down so it’ll stay. Hair nets/beard nets serve a purpose. Wear one. That’s unsanitary. I’d understand if you were at home cooking for your family, gloves aren’t required, but when preparing food for the public, it is.

Love their wings. Nice selection of sauces and serving sizes. The wings are a decent size-not small at all. And you must get an order of their potato wedges. They are small than a jojo and whatever type of potato they use they are not all mealy. I love them.

I was order on the store and they tell me ONE HOUR late, come on guys, if a came to the store is because I don't want to wait the hour that is in the different apps, you really have a bad service, if you don't want take orders in, just close the restaurant and work only woth the apps, I'm going to put this in every social

Second time I gave this place a chance, took advantage of the BOGO deal yesterday. NEVER AGAIN. The food made me and my brother both sick, still sick today. Had to wait 30 min for 2 chicken sandwiches. The flavor was good but that’s about it. It was soaked in butter, had it running down my arms just picking the sandwich up and shocker, they gave no napkins.
