This little subway location is overall one of my favorite places to eat, they serve quick and make conversation, my only issue there so far has been a mobile order that took an hour and a half, which was due to an eclectic issue.Parking: Unfortunately there is only street side parking.

I live in Carditon I ordered subs through doordash.They arrived 2 hours later. They were supposed to be at my home in a half hour. I called Subway and the manager would not make it right the subs were cold and made 2 hrs ago the manager said from now on we make the subs when doordash shows up how convenient?she was rude and said to take it up with doordash and SteveDexter the owner,Wow!

They were sitting in the back. When we came in it was like an inconvenient. The girl who was putting veggies on my sandwich literally put 4 leaves of spinach on my sandwich...footlong again tomatoes 4 I'm like can you please put more on there to which she took a deep breath #1 if you don't use prepped food in so many hrs days...it's thrown out. No one in there but us 3pm n they're closed tomorrow for holiday. I've worked in this kind of restaurant and 4 tomorrow on footlong just lazy

Wife and I went to subway in cardington Ohio 43315,and the girl working there spreaded some kind of cleaner on the counter where you make the subs and had the glass up where the spray was getting on the meat and the veggies ,I ended up getting sick, and wife's stomach was upset for couple

Disappointing experience, the girl behind the counter acted annoyed and the subs were doughy an unpleasant. Would recommend to short drive to Mt. Gilead for a good subway....*Update, we we're met with food poisoning for those of us that got their steak or chicken.

This location has the nasty habit of charging for all the extras like bacon and guacamole and then NOT GIVING IT TO YOU.Several times now we’ve been charged for extras we That we aren’t getting. Not only that, have of the ingredients we ordered weren’t added. Ie: spinach, lettuce, tomato etc.And on top of this, the sub is completely falling apart.And this is from ONLINE ORDERS. So it’s WRITTEN DOWN in front of them!!!I’m so sick of this subway. I’d rather drive 7 miles out of my way to go to the one in mt Gilead.I’ve contacted them before. Would love for this to be remedied. But I just get the same lack of service from management

I was there a couple of days ago. The food was good! But one of the workers were very rude to the other worker. She was also very loud! She also took forever to put my steak on my simple steak sandwich. The veggies looked very soggy. It isn't the workers fault but she could do better next time and get new ones!
