I ordered 2 large peanut butter shakes for the my parents and my husband and I and it tasted like cleaning products, made my husband and dad feel sick and weird. I’m also pregnant and they didn’t want to even try to apologize or anything they wanted to argue that there wasn’t anything wrong with the shakes ! I never been so disgusted with a managers service!

The ice cream is good but when I order a cone they make it was before I get to the windo and it's melting, (that has happened multiple times) but the real problem is the food...it use to be good but it all sucks now, it's a real shame and hope they change it

I love this location. The staff is always so welcoming and sweet!!! You don't see that consistently in a lot of places, so it is refreshing. I always stop in for a frozen hot cocoa and a midday snack, now that I work nearby :)

This is the worst Dairy Queen I've ever been to. Their ice cream is ALWAYS melted. Today we picked up 2 blizzards and they were liquid. When the guy at the window did the blizzard flip test some of it poured out lol. Like really?

Young man at the window handed me and my family our cones with his bare hands. No gloves on and his hands were filthy! His hands were touching the exposed part of the cone people eat. His hands were covered in what looked like gunk. I had to throw away the part of the cone he touched. No gloves seems to be a common occurrence at this location lately.
