We ordered five subs and a pizza online. A BMT Ultimate footlong and a regular footlong. Both had only 3 slices of pepperoni and salami meat, no ham or double meat for the ultimate. Two pieces of cheese. Two footlong The Philly had no cheese, and hardly any meat not even the standard cheap portion. Pizza was what was ordered, and the meatball sub was cold. We waited an hour for our order after arrival for pickup, it was a 32 minute drive to the Subway location. It’s bad enough the store was busy as in more than three customers, but irate online order customers were cutting line and demanding their orders be completed. Normally I would say good for them getting their anger out, the only problem is the employee is a new female minor employee running a store by herself. One staff member, no management or adult present in the building. I was angry when I called I am now even angrier because I was talking to a child who not only doesn’t know the menu but how to run register. These companies expect a customer to drive all the way back to an establishment after they driven an hour round trip. Craziness, just pay full price, get the wrong order and less of a product you paid for and the best they can do is apologize and want us to drive another hour because the only way the kid who made the mistake can fix it is to remake the order because she has no other recourse. She doesn’t know how to do a refund or have a supervisor there to make it right.

The service we received today was slow and highly inaccurate. We were not only given the wrong food, but we did not get what we paid for. Young minor employee running this location by herself, no assistance or supervisor on the premises. She was slow, ignorant to her menu and her equipment. She is barely able to complete correct orders and is challenged by large numbers of customers who are angry and impatient. Our online order took over an hour to complete, we waited in store for it to be made. There were eight customers in line and several online orders coming in. Yeah the order was wrong and we were ripped off, but the real complaint here is Carroll OHIO Subway management only providing a single female minor employee to run this location all by her self. She is at risk of being harmed by criminals and infuriated impatient customers who haven't gotten their order in what they feel is a timely manner and/or the delayed order is wrong and they have to come back to get a correct order. Three of four subs were wrong , incorrect amounts of toppings, meats, or cheeses according to the "Ultimate" sandwich menu, the employee didn't put on all the listed meats, no ham at all and six pieces total between two an Ultimate and regular foot long BMT. Mistakes aside, the young lady has no recourse but to offer to remake the sandwiches, which in my case is another hour in the car after spending two hours driving and waiting for the first order she made. After calling to find out she didn't know what else to do because she has just enough machine knowledge to take payments and fill orders. She gave me a managers telephone number but it went to an unset up voicemail. So if the manager doesn't pick up the phone for me, what is the likelihood she will pick up the phone for the employee. I am now more angry at the management and owners at this location than I am for the wasted time and money we spent here because the employee staffing this store is not prepared to run this store on her own. How is she going to have a bathroom break or mandatory rest or lunch break if she is by herself? What about criminals or angry customers. While I was waiting for my order an infuriated online customer came into the store yelling and cursing about his order not being ready jumped the already large line and demanded his order be prepared immediately, and this girl obeyed his demands. What else is she going to do? No assistant or supervisor and the manager she allegedly can call isn't answering her phone and it doesn't take messages. This location is going to get someone's teenage child hurt or killed leaving them alone by themselves.

Stopped after work, not open ..hours on the door match the hours on the website 9am-9pm..but isn't open

the place is run by children who would rather play pretend at having a job than actually do what they're supposed to be doing. got multiple orders wrong in a row and had to have the same sandwich fixed twice because it was made completely

Was tired so thought I would get subway got a Italian sub and a steak sub bread was hard as a rock on both sandwiches tomatoes wear pruned looking . Cucumbers was so green they was nasty very disappointed the last few times going here so sad .

Don't order online ahead of time. At 6pm on a weekday, had all 4 orders wrong. Had no bread available, except wheat bread.... try having that on a personal pizza and out of all the meats we requested. Had to remake the pizza sub twice and the steak sub once, after we got there. No pizza sauce.
