I order from Wendy's for lunch on average once a week. The Coonpath location is close to my work and I can usually get there and back in 10 minutes or less. I tend to order the same thing each time but decided to try something a little different the last time I ordered.On Friday I placed an order for delivery through the app. I had them add extra sauce and onions to my sandwich and upgraded my fries. Nothing else changed in the order, sadly when I opened my sandwich I realized it was lacking bacon which it was supposed to have according to the menu. I called the restaurant and spoke with Brooklyn, she was extremely polite and apologetic. She offered to remake it for free the next time I was there. I wasn't able to return and collect that offer until today, Sunday 3 days later. I happened to get lucky and Brooklyn was working when I stopped in. She took care of everything and gave me a full meal instead of just the sandwich. I would have been happy with an offer to add bacon to any sandwich for free if I were to order inside. I was not expecting to receive my entire meal again at no cost. She absolutely went above and beyond my expectations to make things right.

Breakfast sandwich, sausage, egg, & cheese on a biscuit was FANTASTIC!Saw in a National Breakfast Survey on the best breakfast sandwiches Wendy's had the #1, & #2 spots. Bacon, egg, & cheese was #1, #2 was the sausage, egg, & cheese.Congratulations for beating out McD's, BK, & all the other competitors!!!!Staff was extremely friendly!! Thank you!!!!!

Super rude worker in drive thru. I tried to order food and was responded with a no way. Whoever is working between 4:25-4:35 in the drive thru should be fired. I will NEVER go back to this location. Don't waste your time people.

Such as, "THAT IT" I stated yes and than "ARE YOU SURE" Didn't feel that was necessary, so I asked if they actually wanted my order? Was met with more attitude so I just canceled the order.

Multiple items were forgotten. My sandwich was also prepared wrong, but I did not find that out until I had gotten home. I asked for no lettuce and tomatoes. I have an allergy. They put tomatoes on it anyway. Paid over 20 bucks for a dinner that I mostly couldn't eat.

I love stopping at this Wendy's. Everyone there is always so nice and friendly. Most places are worried more about time spent in line than taking a second to acknowledge that you are a person too. Hannah made my stop there late last night great. After a long day of work, she still took the time to make small talk and make it feel like she was genuinely happy to be there, which in turn made me feel better about my day. Hannah, you are awesome!!
