I bought a party pizza and cheezy bread and had it delivered and then when the delivery guy got here I left him a tip for gas money and really couldn't see the pizza then I got inside and the whole pizza box was smashed into the pizza and the toppings were all messed up. And I called before it arrived like a hour before it got delivered and they said he should be there within a few minutes and it took a hour for it to get there plus another 50 minutes to make it and the pizza was cold. The pizza used to be always hot when I had it delivered here. So I called back as soon as I got the pizza then the owner wanted to argue with me and say it's fine. Not good customer service what so ever. I've been a loyal customer for years. And it's been great up until Friday night. I would not recommend this crossroads restaurant to anyone unless you like cold and not very good service. This place is dead to me and my family until they do me right. I will be taking everyone I know and tell them how bad this place is. They will never see the same business again and I know atleast 100 people that get pizza from here and I'll make sure they will no longer eat here again after I tell them how bad they did me. Ashamed of this place. If I could I would be giving you guys a 0/5 rating. You guys keep screwing people over like you always do!

This pizza shop has been around for quite awhile and it never disappoints, their pepperoni pizza is one of the best I’ve ever had!!! The owners are also very dedicated and have worked hard to ensure quality service and products consistently, if you’re in Carrollton you must try their pizza!!
The pizza is very small, I ask for a large. It might feed five little kids. $18.50 for a large 4 topping on a monday. Their large is like a domino's medium.
As a staple of the community and my childhood crossroads pizza is absolutely amazing. Great people and food. If you order wings get the jerk sauce, that's my go to. And plus local legend pizza man Dan is there feeding America!! "Order Up!!"
