“The food was really good! I had chicken enchiladas and they were packed with chicken. The chips and salsa were tasty too. Someone in our group got a guacamole and salsa bowl. Fresh. Flavorful.The waitress was very nice and very clear about the Hot dinner plates. Very Hot.”

“We have been long time customers. Colonial is expensive so we do not order often. We just ordered this evening to support a fundraising event. We got an 18” BLT pizza. It was inedible. It tasted like bacon bits piled on crust. The bacon bits were held together with cheese and kept falling off of the crust. There was way too much “bacon” on it and it was teeny tiny crumbles. I’m positive it was bacon bits or bacon cooked in bulk one day a week, chopped up and refrigerated. $30 bucks down the drain because we couldn’t even chew it! Colonial used to have nice large chunks of bacon on the pizza- not teeny crumbles of dry unchewable bits. I left my review at 4 stars because one bad experience doesn’t mean I’ll knock off more than one star. We will not be ordering any time in the near future, though”

“One of the best little/BIG local downtown coffee shops that I've been to in a while. Their breakfast is amazing they're bacon is extra crispy and there coffee is quite tasty. I spent three mornings over New Year's holiday hanging out at this joint I'll do it again next time I visit my sister. J. ”

“This location has the best service of any subway ever been to! This afternoon, since the local university was still closed for food options, I decided to get Subway. Within my online subway order I got myself a cookie and in the notes I said "if you can extra cookies are greatly appreciated!"A few minutes later I walk outside to go to Subway and it is pouring rain and 36°f. But when I got there soaking wet, I was surprised to see a bag full of cookies! That made my day! Thank you, Subway!”

“Very interesting location. It's exactly as it advertised with all the fixings. The food was great. I can personally recommend the steak and stout pie. It was both larger and far tastier than I was personally expecting. It is a small spot though and probably could fill up in peak season. there isn't much in the way of parking at the restaurant but there is plenty further down the street within walking distance.”

“I work remotely and once a week I make my way here for some work time, an iced latte and bagel. The staff are so friendly, this place is always busy with happy customers and they are dog friendly. “We used to go to Young's every New Year's Eve, as it is my wife's birthday. We would stop to eat, and usually a great steak and all the extras! We Really looked forward to it every year. But we stopped going for a few years, as it's over an hours drive for us. We were in the area, so we stopped in. The dining room is no longer there, ( a covid casualty). Now it's just sandwiches and stuff like that, but still has pretty good ice cream. They are really geared to the family, they have batting cages, putt putt golf, and will open a carousel in July. We were ok with the food, but really disappointed that we couldn't get dinner.Kid-friendliness: Putt putt golf, batting cages, and will open a carousel this summer.”
