We have been loyal customers since Colonial opened. Since the new owners took over the quality of the food has been hit or miss. More miss than hit. Subs are burnt and inedible, pizzas are not cooked through. We won’t be giving them any more of our business.

We have been long time customers. Colonial is expensive so we do not order often. We just ordered this evening to support a fundraising event. We got an 18” BLT pizza. It was inedible. It tasted like bacon bits piled on crust. The bacon bits were held together with cheese and kept falling off of the crust. There was way too much “bacon” on it and it was teeny tiny crumbles. I’m positive it was bacon bits or bacon cooked in bulk one day a week, chopped up and refrigerated. $30 bucks down the drain because we couldn’t even chew it! Colonial used to have nice large chunks of bacon on the pizza- not teeny crumbles of dry unchewable bits. I left my review at 4 stars because one bad experience doesn’t mean I’ll knock off more than one star. We will not be ordering any time in the near future, though

NOT GLUTEN-FREE AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!I have celiac disease and have had a couple of gluten-free pizzas there. Recently I went to Colonials to get pizza for dinner. Someone at the register took about 30 minutes to take my order on a night that was very busy. I talked to a manager worrying that the order may have been made wrong. The manager assured me the pizza was gluten-free. After eating the pizza, I had a gluten reaction the next morning. I contacted the store to explain the situation and get a refund. They were very rude and kept insisting that they made no mistake and I must have gotten sick from something else I had eaten. Due to the timeline, however, there was nothing else it could have been. If you have cilac disease or a gluten intolerance, do not eat here!

The 18" was way more than we could eat for 3 people. Nice crunchy crust, lots of toppings. One person got salad and it was nice and fresh. Had the chicken bacon ranch and veggie 1/2 & 1/2.Saw a little handwritten sign they raised their prices recently, but honestly such a great deal for thsi pizza. I have paid much more for mediocre pizza. 2nd time we have been driving thru and stopped for pizza, left with lunch for tomorrow!

This place is going downhill fast. Nothing comes out at the time they say it will. The phone is constantly ringing with no one picking it up. People are standing around making boxes rather than making the food that everyone is waiting for. Management needs to do better.

Myself and family were at Cedarville University for a track meet. After the meet we decided to try this pizza place out. We weren't disappointed. Pizza and Atmosphere, and people were awsome. Really good pizza. Give it a try. I think you'll agree.
