Okay the food is pretty good and healthy. But with many foodie startups the place is staffed with teens who don't GAF. These guys started shutdown food prep half and hour before close. Therefore my order placed at 8:30 pm wasn't made to order. CUCUMBER, AVOCADO, CARROTS and F'NG KALE was not on my bowl when I got home. The kids were cleaning up and wanted to go! Just like me when I was a teen - BUT NOT GOOD FOR THE FRANCHISE Good Luck

We have dined in several times and once again picked up our order for carry out. The portions are always generous, and I love that I always get exactly what I want. The staff is always pleasant and smiling. This location is one of our favorites to stop at.

This location has done me wrong twice in a row on quality of ingredients. I typically go to the new location in Centerville, which is excellent. So when I go here with the same expectations, I am disappointed. I will post a photo of how sick the chicken looked today. The ingredients are not fresh and it’s strange that they don’t put the sauce on last. The broccoli was old and the potatoes were burnt. The staff are nice and the location seems clean, they just need to take notes from other locations of food prep/handling maybe?

Great healthy food that taste so good u would thinks its bad for
50/50 Sometimes you'll get decent service and a full bowl of food, but usually you'll get ripped off. We've stood in line and watched as the server put the scantiest amounts of food in our bowls literally acting as if every morsel was coming out of their paycheck. To date we've experienced receiving a full bowl of food only maybe three times. It's honestly pathetic. This stuff isn't exactly cheap and we expect to get what we're paying for. We had several employees here absolutely REFUSE to make our orders as requested (we asked for no base, just protein & toppings) and they literally told us they would not make it like that so we walked out. Bibibop in Dayton had no trouble at all accommodating this order request. Other times we placed carry-out orders only to receive bowls that barely had any food in them. Overall it's not a good experience at this location. Employees need to be better trained and management needs to be keeping a closer eye on their performance because they kinda suck.

I had the steak with white rice, broccoli, kale, potatoes,and a spicy sauce on top! I enjoyed my delicious food very much!!
