Typically I love this place but tonight we ordered DoorDash and literally every checked item was ignored. Get employees who can read or forget about about getting our patronage again.We love you guys, but unacceptable. Ordered a side of orange chicken sauce and paid for it. NOT THERE! Ordered a side salad with dressing and extra dressing, paid for it, NOT THERE. Ordered without cheese, THEY ADDED EXTRA.Not funny, not cute. I HAVE DYSLEXIA AND CAN GET AN ORDER RIGHT.TRAINING IS IMPORTANT.(All of my husband's food, who didn't order or pay for the food was fine, but ya know whatever. This sucks. I used the last of my disposable income for food that was 100% inedible to me)

I’m not going to lie we typically skip Buffalo Wild Wings because service is always poor. We actually went to Elsa’s, sat for 15 min. With no service then decided to walk over to Bdubs. We had Bri as our server and it was fantastic! Such a great experience and we’ve learned from experience to ditch the wings and go for the burger. I hope Bri see this and knows our hangry self’s are very thankful for how kind and efficient she was.

The waitress was great. The service was good.But my son ordered wings within one minute they was there like they was already made. That’s not a big deal, but he got sick afterwards.I received my food, my 10 traditional wings Thai curry and hot barbecue. I enjoyed the sauces, but the wings were so dry they could’ve been beef jerky fact beef jerky would’ve been better no meat just burnt on the wing. The drum was OK.I felt stupid buying wings from such a lousy generic restaurantIt’s not the same restaurant I remember when I was younger they had great chicken wingsInstead, I don’t know what I’m buyingI will say my wife’s cheeseburger was awesome and so was her onion rings that’s the reason why they get one star. It was possible to give them zero I probably would have.

Ordered takeout and the hostess was standing there talking when I arrived to pickup my food. She saw me and continued her conversation. Chicken was not good. Wedges were good but I couldn’t even finish my wings . Roosters is way better bdubs has really went

Food was as expected, shocked that for the 4 of us the bill was over $100. Gotta be careful on what I/we order next time. Server seemed like she didn't want to be there. One person's food arrived 10 minutes before the rest of us, Awkward as she graciously waited for the rest of us to be served.

Mine and my daughter food was cold we didn't get good service I kept going to find my server just to get refills it took us a long time to get our food and when we did get it was cold we tried to find our server and we couldn't find her so my daughter just told anyone than they said they would be right over it took them 20 mins to come I promise I will never be back and this was my first time eating here I won't be back
