Was told online that my order would be ready in 30 minutes. I walked in 28 minutes later and was told that my order still had 20 minutes to go. I wouldn't have had an issue at all to have picked up my order an hour or even an hour and a half after placing it. However I do have an issue with the 20 minute layover. We ordered food from several places. Each of the other establishments gave shorter ready times and came through on those orders. Cassano's not only fell short, but hadn't even started on the order. (There was only a personal pie in the oven when I walked in). If wait times are longer, that's fine. Underpromise and overdeliver. Don't overpromise and underdeliver. There are usually already delivery and timing issues here. This will likely be our last time ordering.

This store in my opinion makes the best pies idk why but anytime I get a pie from there it never disappoints me.
I love the pizza and this location. But the guy that met us at the counter to take our order this evening literally tried to talk us out of ordering. I get that it's a stressful Saturday evening, but you shouldn't make your customers feel like they're an inconvenience!

I spent almost 2 weeks attempting to talk to a Human the last Horrible Pizza I received to receive Credit. It's not worth going thru that again. Does Ron Moody even exist, the voice mail that answered when I called before. When Cassanos returned my phone calls, Caller ID either showed Restricted Call or Tisha's Haven???? What the Heck's up with that??...........Cassanos has been my favorite pizza for decades, not any longer. Ordered pizza from Centerville location for delivery a couple weeks ago, always request Well-Done. Pizza arrived Cold with completely unbaked, soggy crust - inedible. Finally got Credit for this pizza. Decided to try one more time last night; edges were very well-done perfectly but the rest of pizza was Undone & Soggy AGAIN! Not sure if it's this S. Main St., Centerville location or all of Cassanos but you should be Ashamed! Horrible Pizza.

People have hyped Cassano's up to me because I love pizza and they said I would love theirs. I finally tried it and was underwhelmed to say the least. I was hoping to like it because I like all pizza but it just wasn't what I'd heard. The crust was not crispy at all..just chewy and that was after an "extra bake". The cheese was like cardboard. If I lifted up one piece the cheese would lift all the cheese off of the other slices in one flat, rigid slab. Pizza cheese should be melty and stringy. Also they didn't cut the pizza all the way through so I had to rip it apart which covered my hands in sauce and grease. I had to wash my hands every time I grabbed some. The flavor was pretty decent at least but for price (which is some of the highest I've seen for pizza) it just really wasn't worth it to me. The pizza was delivered quickly and the delivery driver was really nice though so I appreciated that. Overall I just can't justify spending so much on pizza when it was so subpar. Not sure where the title "Pizza King" came from but I definitely wouldn't say that. On to the next pizza joint I suppose!

The delivery charge for this is insane! I understand things have gone up, however no other pizza place or restaurant for that matter charges a delivery charge of $5.00!! This takes away from tips of their drivers, by the time you have to pay the delivery charge one can’t afford to even tip. Let’s bring it down! Your not the King!!!!
