I went in on March 21st of this year in the early afternoon. I was waited on by a young lady named Courtney W. who was absolutely wonderful. She was eager and willing to accommodate my oddities of my breakfast order. Furthermore her insite to bring us refills in a timely manner was greatly appreciated. Her poise and professionalism is a direct reflection of the management team and reflects positively to the Cracker Barrel Brand. Next time I'm in town I will definitely stop back in.

We waited over an hour for our food and it came out wrong as well as cold. Server said she’d fix it and we waited 30 more minutes and she never did. She came over and gave us the check but we mentioned we still didn’t have all the food and she said she’d be right back with the missing food and we waited and she never came back. One of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve had.

Ordered curbside, showed up at my expected time, for them to tell me they had just received the order. Surely there isn't a 20 minute lag for online orders. Now I'm still currently waiting, 45 minutes later, for an order that should have taken 15 minutes. Just be honest, guys.Edit: i get my food and this is what it looks like. The smallest piece of 15 dollar chicken you ever seen. Small granny apple for comparison

Cracker barrels ambiance especially when you're sitting by the fire that they always have crackling remind me of my grandmother's kitchen.There are food and service remind me of the same, which is saying a whole lot ?
