I placed a mobile order online for myself and my office. Usually when I do a mobile order at a restaurant I just pick it up in the drive thru, so that's what I did today. The woman that was on drive thru sounded "out of it" (high) and my co worker in the car said the same thing. I believe her name was Maria or Marcia ? I let her know I had a mobile order and told her my name. She responded with "okay" , I wasn't sure what to do so I pulled around. When I got to the window she said in a very rude tone "you know you're supposed to come in for mobile orders". I apologized and said I wasn't aware but I'll make sure to do that next time. She looked at me rolled her eyes and said "well we can only accommodate you so much until we can't". She handed me the food and when I asked her if my drinks were in the bag too she said rudely said "yes everything is in there". I pulled away and my co worker and I looked at each other in disbelief. I've never been treated so rudely at a Freddys before. When we got back to the office all of our burgers were wrong. My co worker hates cheese (we specified no cheese) and ended up just throwing his away. This was an awful experience, we won't be back.

I just had the best customer service at the drive thru on Wilmington Pike location! The team member was Allison Copley and she was so friendly, professional, she introduced herself, repeated my order, said thank you, and great eye contact! She needs to be in charge of training new employees!! The food was excellent as well! If I get an open position at my office I may be back to try and recruit Allison so Freddy’s make sure you take good care of her ?

I came through the drive-through and had Monique help me probably one of the best drive-through experiences. I had she really took her time. She was a joy to deal with. Thanks for making my Tuesday a little brighter.
The fountain drink machine needs to be replaced. There was mold and may have been dried lime or calcium deposits coming from the top of the machine all the way down the counter in which the machine sat on. It had not been wipped down nor attempted to. I made me wonder if the outside looks like this, then, what does the inside look like? I also asked one of the employees about it, and he said maintenance has been called out on it, but nothing has been done to fix it. I will not be returning. Hope my family does not get sick from this experience. On a positive note, the cashier was very polite and welcomed us.
