I’ve had hot head burritos everywhere but this location was friendly and the food was fresh and delicious, best food I’ve had in years, way to go manager! way to go staff! you could taste the lime squeezed on the rice ,it was just fresh and delicious. I had a Hawaiian, the lovely pineapple was wonderful!

This place is disgusting from the condition of the store all the way up to the professionalism of management. there are bugs all throughout the store. from the lobby, to the line, to all of the back counters, and to the dish sink. your food has 110% been touched by bugs at some point. during preparation, while it’s sitting on the line, or while the dishes the foods held in are drying because the bugs LOVE the sink and that’s where they swarm the worst. i worked here. i know.the do not clean anything here. the bathrooms never get cleaned, the back tables in the kitchen are not properly sanitized like their entire store should be shut down because of how disgusting it actually is. cross contamination here between raw meat and utensils is insane. no regulations at all. i worked for the company while i was in high school and remember them having completely different standards back then. but now? only 2-3 years later? man, Hothead as a company is an entire joke. they’ve raised their prices while lowering their quality of food. the meat served here is quiet literally inedible and like aforementioned, i wouldn’t feed it to my dogs. it’s honestly so hard to charge people for the food served there. it’s disgusting and sits out all night with no covering just open to the bugs. so if hothead first thing in the morning is YOUR thing, yeah- you are eating yesterdays food. that WAS NOT PROPERLY STORED. why do you think your stomachs always hurt after eating here? it’s literally poison!i want to add, for anyone who may be considering this place as a form of employment, BEWARE. James is a sexist, foul, woman hating man because his two baby moms have taken his rights to his kids away. (very curious as to why BOTH felt they needed to hide their kids.) ive seen the way he’s spoke to me, and multiple other employees throughout the years. to mothers. he talks about their bodies and their partners. hes just disgusting over all and extremely unprofessional. you will not get any form of genuine training here. you’ll just get thrown to the wolves. the general manger of the store refuses to work with availability so good luck ever working a schedule that works for you. and you’ll most likely be scheduled open to close at least 1-2 a week. also, if bugs are an issue for you personally, like you cannot work in a place infested with bugs… i wouldn’t even bother applying because of how bad their bug problem really is. this used to be a fun job. good company. but it’s not anymore and it’s really sad to watch them fail.

We arrived a few minutes before closing thanks to traffic, and the female employee did not want to help us. The male employee took over and made our food. The taco meat wasn't drained after cooking, so there was a ton of grease running out everywhere. Hopefully the other locations are better than this "corporate test store"

Yesterday at around 8pm, my daughter and I went to hot head burritos for dinner and we received the worst customer service. We were the only ones there and the two servers working had a really bad attitudes and kept rolling their eyes. My daughter was asking for specific ingredients but they kept saying that they couldn't understand her, even when she kept repeating herself or saying the ingredients in English to be more clear. At the end at the cash register, one of the servers had pressed the wrong button, the women said to press cancel. I wasn't sure if she was talking to me or her coworker but when none of us moved, she said in a harsh voice "press cancel!" No coming back!

Took my Mother out to lunch with me on the way to the Drs office. Mom had a fish taco & I ordered a keto bowl. The food was decent. It wasn't crowded at all. The restaurant was clean & well maintained. The staff was friendly, courteous and effecient.

I use to work there literally for a week they wasn't putting me on the schedule and ask me my availability and kept tryna give me other times I wasn't available I called up there and was told the manager was gone call me but he text me once and ask for my availability and I told him and never received a message back so I text and ask when was the next day I can work no reply. Now I'm trying reapply to a different position and they said I was ineligible for job abandonment like what that's crazy why lie ?

We went to this location today for the soul purpose of having a margarita with lunch and not only was every single drink dispensers out of service but the restaurant was covered in fruit flies and the chicken was inedible (would not have even fed it to my dogs) I felt so bad for the employees who were clearly embarrassed and said it is out of their hands that the company gave up trying to solve the fruit fly issue. We will not be going back here and I would be surprised if they can keep any return customers , no body wants flys landing on their food.
Last time I went in this store I got charged 10.45 for my burrito. Today I went to Chipotle and it was 9.10 for the same chicken queso. I like the tortillas here and the sauce options, but that doesn't compare to the meat quality of chipotle. I did stop in at least once a week, but no more.Update. When back again today and the price when up to 10.75. Just not worth it.

I’m not sure how this location hasn’t been shut down by the health department. We attempted to get dinner here this week and the gnats were out of control. The food line and all of the sauces were covered in gnats. I wrote the Hot Head corporate office that stated pest control had been contacted and they’re attempting to eradicate the problem. Their health department reports also note gnats are a problem for them…

This place was nice and clean!!! The staff was very friendly and fun to talk to. I know that they were closing in an hour but the meat was looking a tad dry. I ordered the fish taco personally. They batter on the fish was doughy. But the overall taste was good. I would try it again if the fish gets crunchy like it looks in the poster. The way they do their beers is fun looking. You get to pour it yourself right from the wall. The directions were posted on the wall.in the bathroom and probably out in the dining room as well. But I was engaged in a great conversation with the staff. I do recommend coming to this place and relaxing. If you like sports they have several tv's to enjoy the games. Great job to this location!!!!
