Very disappointing experience at this location. Took about an hour for our food to come out. Our appetizers also came out with our pizza which was frustrating and we would have skipped them if we knew that. We also didn’t receive any refills even though we were offered them at the end. Our waitress dropped our check off and disappeared for about 20 minutes which resulted in us having to go pay upfront. I tried to speak with a manager about my frustrations but they never came upfront so we decided to leave.

I ordered a pizza last night in Centerville. I was a little disappointed not only with my order, but also the service. I normally do not like to complain, as I know not everyone is always having the best day. I ordered a pizza at 6:47 pm. The pizza did not show up until between 8:15pm-8:20 pm. We live directly across the street in an apartment complex mind you. The pizza was not warm and the cost was a little over $29.00. The pizza guy was unapologetic and a little unfriendly as he handed me the pizza. He then took the $50.00 bill I handed him.. and said “thank you” and just walked away. Didn’t offer me change. I was absolutely stunned. At that point I felt almost ignorant to even ask for my change. I also never got my pizza sauce that I paid extra for on the side. Born and raised in Cincinnati, Larosa’s has always been my favorite pizza. As this is the last one in Dayton, I just had higher expectations. I would still order again, but next time I may just skip the delivery and do carry out or dine-in. Hopefully next time will be a much better experience :/.

I miss the atmosphere you used to have.. family. Romance. You really felt like you were going somewhere special, back in the day. Now you feel like you're going somewhere for sports and a beer. Some things are better left as they are.

Great atmosphere for a family friendly restaurant. Pizza was very good. Chicken club hoary was delicious. Our server was Sydney F. She was awesome. Her section was very busy, but she didn't miss anything. Very pleasant, relaxed and efficient.

I went with my mom, I love that she was able to get her cauliflower pizza crust that nobody cares. I got a large sausage pizza, LaRosa's has the best pizza and sauce than any other pizza place.

Service gets a little bit of a ding because they didn't allow us to sit at a table (short staffed), so we ordered to go and manager seated us at table when our food was ready. I got their pizza in a bowl with no crust and it was delicious.

Decided to get some pizza for lunch while we we out doing some errands. It was very cold and rainy this day but the store was well lit, warm and inviting. It took a couple of minutes to be seated, but the wait staff was very attentive. The store was very clean. It was refreshing how clean the restroom was. This is not always the case at soom places. We ordered two small pizzas with a salad. The food arrived in no time. The sauce was delicious and plentiful. The crust was thin and cooked perfectly. I could have used a little more pepperoni and sausage, but it was a small size pizza. The salad was fresh tasted and made to order. Overall, the pizza was good, Salas was good, and server checked on us often. We will be back.
