I am happy a Moe’s opened here. I love this restaurant. Previously, the closest one was in Chillicothe. Now that this one is here, I’m going to save so much gas when going to get lunch or dinner.Vegetarian options: While I personally enjoy all meat, in theory, you could have a tasty meal here without any meat.Dietary restrictions: You can fit all diets at this place. Talk about inclusivity, everybody eats.Parking: So many spots. You can almost park anywhere.Kid-friendliness: My kids like this place, great food.Wheelchair accessibility: You can roll right in.

Chicken was a little too big for "bite size". Trays were extremely dirty. Sold me slushes when the machine was not ready to serve. When I asked why you would sell something that I can't have the lady got an attitude with me. I am still giving 5 stars due to the assistant general manager Brandon being aware of the situation and allowing us to have slushes when the machine was finally ready and being aware of the situation in his store. Great manager! Thanks Brandon.

Overall this was a terrible experience. Ordered one bowl, one burrito, received 2 bowls. Ordered food online, and was told to “go over there” to which she pointed at the front of the line. While we stood there for 10 minutes, we were eventually told by a different employee that the pickup area is actually behind a wall that isn’t obvious. Great. Chipotle across the street is much better.
