It depends on the employee. Some are very kind. There are those who are not. Sometimes the the vegetables are fresh and sometimes they are not. This particular store is a hit or miss.

We haven't gotten Subway in year and after this experience most likely won't get it for years to come. The subs were average. That's fine sandwiches are sandwiches.The employee working tonight forgot our 2 pretzels which was the whole reason for the order being placed. We had to drive all the way back no big deal. He then told us he had no idea we even ordered them even though he's the one who made our order. He was on the phone the whole time with someone probably why he missed part of order. Customer service was lacking and the overcooked forgotten pretzels is a shame to Auntie Anne's.

Just went into Centerville Cross Pointe Subway and while I was being served the young lady was on her phone via earbuds having a phone conversation! Poor ethics at least hang up and call them back!!

Today this poor employee got stuck with the lunch rush by herself bc her co-worker left. The men before me had multiple sandwiches and were there for an hour and asked her to finish his last sandwich before mine which was understandable. She started crying bc she was overwhelmed. If her co-worker would have helped her instead of making his friends lunches before the customers and not have left her hanging during lunch rush this could have been avoided. After me and the other gentleman told her it wasn't her fault another man walked out and she had multiple customers still waiting. Hope the manager does a better job scheduling their employees during a lunch rush before employees get tired and walk out.

I love this location and most of the employees are great and extremely friendly. On occasion there is one young lady that makes me feel like I'm a nuisance for being a customer and tells me they can't do basic things that other employees do gladly, like a bit extra toasting is taking up her time. The store is generally well kept and clean and items are always fresh but lately lacking in variety they once had. I hope this doesn't mean change. Subways been a favorite since I was a kid and I love the nostalgia and that they stay true to their original values rather than changing with the times like so many other chains have. It makes it personable! Great store and great team, better than other locations.

One person during the lunch rush. Ordered online to be ready at 1:15 and it wasn't even started at 1:30. Avoid this location at all costs. Seen 6 people walk out so far.
