Worst service I have ever experienced! We walked in and nobody would talked to us. They just stared at us for FIFTEEN MINUTES until one of us went up and asked if we would be help. We got the response of “I don’t deal with people”. We left and gave our money to the McDonald’s across the street, they had amazing customer service btw you might want to reach out and take notes.

Just went through the drive thru a bit ago. There may have been a miscommunication bc I ordered a 10 piece nugget meal and a jr. Bacon cheeseburger.After pulling forward I got a 10 piece nugget and cheeseburger but no drink or fries. Gentleman that brought out the food simply said I'll fix it and brought out hot fries and a coke. I appreciated the gesture as I had a long day and just wanted to get home. Food was all excellent

I wouldn’t have minded to wait for fresh nuggets. I ordered a 10 piece regular nuggets and they gave half spicy and half regular all of them were old. I keep giving them chance after chance and it’s always disappointing.

Long story short: this place is NOT worth your money or time. If you disregard the comments on here and buy food anyway from this location, you’re likely to get something that is cold, old and nauseating. I sincerely hope someone who cares reads these reviews and works to turn this place around, if for no other reason than to prevent customers from getting physically sick from their negligence. The fries I received were gray and foul-looking and my sandwich was so raw, that Gordon Ramsay would have yelled at the line cook. A canned, shelf stable cheeseburger is 1,000x more appetizing than my “fresh” meal. For your own safety and the health of your gut biome, go anywhere else.

Drive thru is ridiculously slow, and don’t bother stopping for breakfast. They are randomly closed for no reason other than lack of staffing perhaps. No posted signs when they are. Last time I went the speaker wasn’t working and I had to pull around to second window to order.. All around poor management, has been that way for a while. If it doesn’t change, I can’t see this location being able to stay open. Barely have enough people working now as it is. ??♀️

The manager had us wait because she forgot to put a money drawer in the register. We then had to wait at least 15-20 mins for my food. The chicken sandwich was old and rubbery and the fries were cold. The drink machine was super dirty with old syrup all over it. One customer told the manager that he couldn’t drink from that machine due to probably getting sick. I don’t blame the workers because all this falls on the manager. The manager was a young female with braids . The worst part is when I finally got my food she forgot one of my cold fries and didn’t even apologize for the poor service.If you like paying for old food and bad service this is your spot. I will never give this Wendy’s my money again. I should have left the building when I walked in and the floor in front of the registers was dirty. No tables were clean either. Once again this place will not be getting any of my money again.

The lobby is very unclean and the floor was so sticky that I couldn't walk without my feet sticking to the floor with each step. This was the case for carpet and tile floors. It had me feeling so gross that I'll never eat inside that lobby again. Food was super bland too.
