Worker was too worried about online and doordash orders not to mention barest any meat on sandwich and did not put right stuff on our sandwiches as far as onion tomatoes etc. Waited about 20 minutes for food and only had one group of 3 guys in the restaurant. No excuse. So one and done not worth the wait for a lettuce

So I was excited to eat here after a daughter's band thing in Bellbrook because they had gluten free bread ordered (no mayo) on mine get out in the car by the way we are hard working parents trying to support our only daughter so the event was at 5:45 not easy for working parents to say the less we were hungry by 7:30pm not to say drive in rush hour but we scarf it down. To discover my sandwich had mayo on it!? so now I'm up at 3am in the morning dealing with hives that I didn't want to have by trying to eat out once again. ?????????I should have got a receipt to check it but being pet owners we are always in a hurry to get home. Oh plus it was dark in the truck. Oh well life is not always fair.

I have eaten here a handful of times and always have the same great experience. I went with my brother and we had a nice interaction with the owner and when I came back months later, he asked about my brother! I rarely experience customer service like that these days. If the restaurant is slow and you strike up a conversation with the owner he will chat, and I find that this personal experience makes me happy to go back and support the business. Also! The food is great! I love the bread (both the wheat and white) and the create your own option is great for picky eaters. I just had the cheeseburger sandwich and I was very pleased! Great food, great service!!!

Second time trying Which Wich. Overall this place is a disappointment. The ordering system is their novelty and it's more confusing than anything. The food quality on both visits was mediocre. Way, way under a Potbelly or Jimmy John's. But with a very premium price. This Centerville location has particularly unenthusiastic staff. No uniforms. Earbuds in. No customers, and I can see why. The place is a polished franchise in appearance, but the food is forgettable and the price tag when adding on fries, drinks, chips, etc. is way too much. That's my last trip to these new franchises.

The food was excellent and the service was great!

It's a millennial Quiznos that allows you to customize your sandwich and then puts it through a flame broiler. Not really innovative imho. It was close to Costco gas so I stopped by, but I probably should've gotten the Lawd's chicken. A better deal and quality could be gotten a certain east coast Michael's

One of my favorite sub and sandwich places. Every order has been excellent. The bread is great each time and the meats are fresh and delicious. The first sub I ordered was a roast beef and the meat was very tender and melts in your mouth. I will continue to order from them as they are always consistently great!

My work lunch group comes here on an occasion. I usually get the Wicked and a side of fries. My picky eater LOVES the kids grilled cheese. They have a Mountain Dew Vibe flavor, which I've never seen anywhere else. The ordering flow is kind of peculiar; writing my order on a paper sandwich bag with a sharpie, and then handing the bag to the person working the register seems like a time waste to me, but it seems to work for them and the food is good.

I tried Which Wich, (Centerville), yesterday for the first time. The food and the ingredients are good, but the sandwiches are just completely lacking in toppings. Definitely not worth the price. These sandwiches are something that I would expect as a kid sub from Subway. It's a shame, because they do use quality ingredients, but they completely slack on actually making the product. I will stick with some of my more trusted sandwich shops in the future.

Well, it's a typical sandwich shop. Very friendly staff, but there was only one employee working... not sure what happened, but it took about 30 minutes to get a sandwich. I have to question who made the schedule that day.

STAY AWAY!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY AT THIS STORE. Extremely expensive, and not worth it. We were the only customers in the store, but yet they made our orders WRONG. They do not speak English well, and they did not provide good customer service. I ASKED for a refund as our orders being made wrong several times over is an inconvenience. The owner never responded.

I had a wonderful experience from the moment I walked in until the time I left. I had never been to a Which Wich before so I had no idea what to expect. The man behind the counter was kind and explained the menu options with me. He fielded all of my questions and wasn't annoyed that I was asking multiple questions. When ordering he asked what I would like and told the me the price differences between the choices. I ended up going for the full experience and added on a generous size chocolate chip cookie along with fries and a soda. I tried a new Mountain Dew flavor and he explained to me that it tasted better when mixed with Sierra Mist. I took his advice and gave it a try and it turned out great. I appreciated the suggestion. I was even offered to have my cookie warmed in the oven since I was eating in. The presentation of the sandwich was appealing and I greatly enjoyed the wich sauce. The bread was toasted and slightly crunchy and the peppers on the sandwich were discovered and not announced. I was asked how I enjoyed the meal and I believe this review says it all. I appreciate that the man behind the counter was cordial and sincere and invested in my experience. I would definitely eat here again and would recommend it to others.

Go out of your way to get something else. Service was terrible, two young girls had to idea but to talk about everyone in their native tongue. Chick Fila always the best choice hands down.
