We have been here before and never had an issue until this past Saturday. We stopped in and we encountered the worst customer service we have ever had anywhere. I don't normally write bad reviews but working in the industry myself I feel the owner needs to know how his employees are treating his guests. First, when we walked in we could tell there were already attitudes by the two ladies preparing food. The high school student working the register was fine but the other two ladies (one in navy t-shirt and the other was the MANAGER) had attitudes that we had the audacity to order food? It was 10:30! We ordered the brunch box and the lady in the navy literally snapped at us when we asked if we could choose our bagel flavors. She was completely rude to the point the two customers behind us made comments. I asked the young girl if there was a manager and that is when the other lady who had an attitude at first came to talk to us. She tried to make it right but at this point I was just done with it. While the manager was talking to us, the lady in the navy t-shirt kept making comments. We heard everything and so did the other customers. I just wanted to let you know, this is not the employee you want in the front of your establishment. She is going to ruin your business. And your manager needs better customer service and employee management skills.

Horrible customer service!!! I was there a couple of wks ago with my 5 year old son. Our bill was around $20. I did not have my credit card but I had cash. I hand her a $50 bill and right away Ann gets upset, she tells me they don’t have change for $50?!?! So they don’t have $30 in the register? I then suggest that there should be a sign that says they don’t take bills over a certain amount and I find it hard to believe that they don’t have change in the back. She then proceeds to slam the cash register and goes to get change. Bottom line, she had change, she just didn’t want to go get it. Honestly when I saw a 50+ year old woman slam the register, it shocked me, and I felt embarrassed for her. Her poor employees must put up with Anne’s hormones, must be horrible working there. This review comes after many incidents with her. If you go after 11:30 to order anything, she makes sure to let you know how annoyed she is at you. That’s if it’s even open after that. Their hours say noon but they always close early. Bottom line don’t piss Anne off by paying with cash and make sure not to ask too many questions or go in after 11:30 am. By the way she also refused to give me a number to call about the incident. My 5 year old behaves better. You’ve been warned!!

Fresh ingredients - chewy bagels - plenty of selection. I like that they have a bagel w hummus and avocado - a nice option for vegetarians. There is no indoor seating. It was a nice day so I was able to eat outside. Would have been nice to be reminded to get my own napkins etc. My bag only had the bagel….

The bagels are amazing. Me and my friends stop here sometimes for late breakfast/brunch. Bagels are always good, same with everything else. Nothing much else to say.

I have never been to an einsteins' location, and i am very pleased with my experience. the person who took my order (glasses, maybe a highschooler) took my order and she was super friendly. i got my food from a tallish women with brown hair, and i went outside to eat. they got my order right, and i went back in for some water. the manager, i believe her name is ann, gave me the water cup and wished me a good day.

Dirty inside. There's only 1/4 to maybe 1/2 of the bagels on the menu available at any time. You basically get what they have in stock. Staff are harried and moody. Despite this place is everything wrong, location is the only reason I occasionally drop in. However if the place was clean, staff trained and friendly, management on site and had indoor seating, I'd be there 3 - 4 times a week. Note that workers always to have their backs turned to you. Customer facing workers should be able to work facing their customers. No need to respond, it sounds defensive and insincere since these observations are repeating in the reviews. Just improve and we'll all notice the difference. Notice how glowing the first reviews were years ago and ask yourself what has changed. Chagrin Falls deserves better.

Nice quick visit. Friendly service. Bagels were fresh and had great flavor. The woman was nice enough to prep a special bagel for my daughter. Good coffee. Only issue with this place is that they don't have inside seating available. Three two tops out front but those are quickly taken.

Awesome bagels and the manager Ann is so friendly and so welcoming. She knows everyone by name! Sometimes service gets backed up but it's worth the wait!

I was in this store 5 days ago when I was aggressively told to leave the restaurant with my service animal. When I said this was my service animal, the staff said "But it don't have the vest", and I said "thats not what makes a service animal a service animal" and she said "not true" and kicked me out.I complained via the contact form that the owner posted below- my only goal is to have the staff properly trained on how to handle service animals so I feel more comfortable going in the store. I also have been warning members of the community with service animals (There are lots of us) about going to this location and do not feel comfortable allowing anyone that I know to step foot in here.I received a response from my contact form saying "We sent you $25, let us know if there is anything else you need. I do not want money. What good is a gift card to their store if they are just going to kick me out? I want to know that the staff is properly trained on how to respond to customers with disabilities who have service animals so that I feel comfortable going back to the store, and recommending it to others. Their canned response will not work for me. There need to be lessons learned from this behavior and so far there are none that I can see. Please advise on how this is being handled at this location so that I know if I can come back or not.

I came to your Chagrin location today with my service animal, a 6 lb yorkie. There were 5 other customers inside, and your employee on staff said "no animals allowed". My dog wasn't even doing anything, just standing there. I said "he is a service animal." She said "no he isn't, he doesn't have the vest." I'm tempted to call the police on her but figured I'd email you first. He is a registered service animal and I have all the paperwork on me. She called me out in front of the whole store and inappropriately made us leave, thinking a vest is what makes a service animal a service animal. I will be following up on this until I hear back from management that this was addressed. Until then I will be making the Chagrin falls community fully aware of what took place this morning. This was one of the most inappropriate interactions I've ever had in my life.

Drove here to order food only to find out they closed early. Not the first time this has happened.
