Wednesday night and we went to M Italian as we always do when we visit Chragrin Falls. But it wasn’t a particularly busy night due to storms in the area. Every other occasion we’ve been there, it’s quite busy. And for good reason. The food is excellent. We had the salmon and chicken Marsala dinners tonight, with house salads. All the food was excellent. And the service was great. We had Geraldine (Tina). She was professional, courteous, showed genuine care that we were taken care of, let us know about wine being 1/2 off on Wednesday. And then since it was later and most patrons had left she had some time to talk with us before we left. She is so pleasent, very welcoming, and made our entire evening extra special. All in all, this was a wonderful evening at M Italian! Even the valet service was great. .

Food service and location is great. They offer complimentary valet and accommodation to our request for a quieter spot so we our hearing impaired family members didn't have to strain.

Went to M Italian on this past Sunday, sat at the bar, ordered from Happy Hour menu. Food was okay, nothing specical except the calamari which was very good with a large portion. Wife's cocktails okay, my Manhattan, clearly the bartender thought the vermouth was the main ingredient not bourbon, way to sweet. Bartenders all lacked any personality, acted like disinterested robots.

It was crazy busy Saturday night. We arrived at 530 for our reservations and was seated shortly after that. (after they cleaned a table) I thought it would be a while before getting served but I was wrong. The waitress (Jade) was prompt and very courteous. The drinks were ordered and came quickly. I thought for certain the food would be backed up but it came in about 10 minutes. Wow. The dinners were so tasty. We will be back. Thanks for a delightful evening.

Came here on a whim for lunch with a friend and it was a great decision. The food was AMAZING…. bread, wedge salad and Margherita pizza (with the added pinot noir onions) hit the spot. Seriously so good! Our server (which I don’t remember her name) was so sweet and personable. If I’m in the area again I will definitely be back! Highly recommend.

Most times, delivery. Today, I drove over after work. [Wearing my scrubs], I was excited to arrive before 6pm. The lady at the hostess stand handed my order to a bar-tender. He asked her to ring it in herself. After she rung it in, the total was $33. After she rung it in, he went back into the order to modify it. The tab went from $33 to $50 b/c he took away the "Happy Hr" prices....Handed me a credit card receipt AFTER he charged my card for $50 rather the original $33 that was rang up with ZERO explanation/words. And immediately walks to the food window pretending to be helpful.While he was away, the hostess came back to the bar to pour drinks for whomever needed them. I asked her why did the bartender change the price to get rid of the happy hr discount to which she replied, "I don't think Happy hr applies to to-go orders." She commences to continue pouring wines.. when he approaches w/the food, I asked him the same question. His response was the same. The biggest issue is NOT over $17, which I clearly have. The issues are:1. Lack of any communication with me before changing food prices and receipt prices. (I handed him.my card after he handed me a $33 receipt)2. Lackadaisical attitude when I asked, and3. ZERO apology from either worker when I inquired about the change in charge without my notification.As I told the bartender when I was at the restaurant, I've ordered from M-Italian every other week for 2 years. I'm a loyal patron and have brought my family there before. But his disposition has caused me to change my: review & my loyalty. Clearly, they do not care. And the service has declined. FYI: Bartender's name is JEREMY (As printed on the receipt). Find another bartender if you choose to go. While I'm sure my food will not disappoint, the service today permanently did.Sidebar: Also, the guy making pizzas today had on zero gloves while handling pizza ingredients. I am saddened. Hopefully, a manager or owner will read this since the service dept. IsSOOOO detached & Nonchalant.
We didn't eat inside the restaurant. We ordered a pizza as we waited to do a glass project next door. Great pizza and great service.

What a fun time I had with my family here! Heads up though, it can get CROWDED! Little elbow room is available, (so no man-spreading!) But for what they have to work with, I say the food was exquisite, and the service was focused on your excellent experience...definitely worth the visit if your in town!
