I went to Master Pizza in Chagrin Falls. The sign said it was dine in as well as delivery and pick up. The restaurant consisted of two booths. There was no waiter or waitress. We ordered pizza and salads. The leaves of the salad were not cut and we did not have knives. The pizza was delivered to us in a box and we had to ask for plates which were paper plates because they didn't have regular plates and utensils. I definitely will not be visiting there again. Very disappointing.

I was there with my boss around 12:30 pm on February 26th. The sign on the door says 2 pieces of pizza and 20 oz drink for $5. Perfect. I love Master Pizza. Only today, the kid behind the counter sold us what seemed like last night's pizza. We were charged $5 each for only 1piece each of last night's pizza and a 20 oz. It was very disappointing.

Not while I'm driving!I called Geraci's, they were happy to take my order on the phone and rushed my order!You should rethink how you deal with customers.Maybe you are so busy you don't need our business.I'm avoiding Master CF for a while.

I found a few pieces of bacon on my vegan pizza. It was near the edge of the slice, so I assume there was some cross-contamination when the pizza was cut. Incredibly disappointing. I had heard great things about both the gluten-free cauliflower crust and the gluten-free Detroit style crust, but the cauliflower crust was disappointing--it was extremely tough and generally unpleasant to eat. The gf Detroit crust was alright, but there were hardly any toppings on it. And while I understand that gf crusts and vegan cheese are more expensive, the pizzas were ridiculously overpriced.

Honestly some of the best pizza I've ever had is at Master Pizza. The light and happiness on everyone's face whenever we order a pizza from Master's is incredible. The sauce is incredible with Melty cheese. This is a must try for any pizza lover. Would recommend.
