Place really needs to update their hours. Says they open at 10am but no one was there and the door was locked.

This store has been closed for a week. No sign on the door or any updated information. Are they permanently closed?

You are entering a bazaar in Calcutta. I don't speak Hindi and "VJ" neither speaks or understands English. Be prepared to spend 30 minutes trying to get your order right while enjoying the smell of sewer back-up, which certainly curbs the appetite. If you don't also order a drink, chips and cookies, you won't be afforded a bag for your sandwich. There is nothing in this store worth the aggravation and nauseating smell. Try Dave's Cosmic Subs in downtown Chagrin Falls instead. If you insist on a horrible subway experience however, hurry, they won't be in business much longer.

They need to update the hours, because my son and I stopped by at 7:25pm today on a Tuesday and they were closed. It says open until 8pm. We ended up going to the other subway luckily near by.

I’d leave zero stars if I could. Waited in line 15 minutes because only one guy working…no problem, I’m patient. Then I order my meatball sub and the guy insists he has to toast it. I say I don’t want it toasted and he says he has to. He refuses to sell it to me without being toasted. I told him I’ve been ordering meatball subs for 30 years and never had it toasted and don’t want to start today. He says I can take it or leave it but he won’t give it to me without toasting it. So I told him to keep it and went to Gionino’s. Their subs are better anyway!

Don’t listen to any other review, this is the one that matters. Whoever the Indian young man was that made my spicy Italian deserves the fattest raise. I came in just a few moments ago on New Year’s Eve at 4:30pm and the way he was delicately placing each ingredient on my whole wheat toasted sub was pleasing to the eye. It’s safe to say this man is the god of subs. I just about ascended as the flavors filled mouth after one bite. This man put his whole entire soul into this sandwich and humanity will continue thanking him as long as he’s employed.

The workers here are pretty cool and chill. Not sure where they get the food from. It didn't really have the freshness I would expect.

Looked forward to a Subway. The restaurant was nice. The menu is different since I hadn't been to a Subway for a few years. The artists behind the counter appeared to be newer hires. They kept looking at the wall board to see what to put on my choice of sandwich, which was smart. Although the description said toasted the artist asked, and I didn't want it toasted, so I appreciated that. I also chose the veggies for it. In time the process will go faster as the artists get comfortable. The sandwich was delicious.

When I walked in, 2 female employees were sitting in the corner gossiping on their phones with each other.. it didn't really bother me until I stood at the window for a sec while they continued their conversation and wasn't acknowledged until I said, " Hey! :)" and then they were like, " oh sorry, what can I get you?". Think this is a good lesson to be learned if you're working in customer service. Always acknowledge your customer.
