Cool and elegant place, but the prices are a bit much. They had a sale on Assouline coffee table books for 40% off, but those were marked up to begin with, so not that great a deal. However, I was able to find a great number of good deals tucked here and there in the store, items I've never seen anywhere else before. So I consider that a big win! Worth a look and some leisurely browsing!

They are rude and they follow you around for no reason don’t shop here ever

The store is an experience to walk through to see high end items imported from other countries. There are quite a few items from France! The flip side is, it is a super expensive store. One of the children's dresses there cost $250! The staff was friendly, but were hovering a bit much at times.

Love this store. The owner's ( Margi) impeccable taste brings you to a vanishing fairytale world of boutique's magic, where you admire the mastery of beauty, smells, high end craft and art inventory , which could satisfy many gifts' requests for any fanciful taste. Especially beautiful in a Christmas time with the wide collection of ornaments, table settings and a window displays. Happy Holidays to entire Crew, Margi and Nicole !

Love this store. Excellent home decor, buyers have impeccable taste for high end house decor

This place has beautiful stuff but it is WAY too overpriced. I tried on multiple dresses here over TWO years ago, and when I tried negotiate- she barely budged. Every time I have visited after to see if there was a price decrease, they were still there at the same exact price. If they haven’t been sold in over two years, she needs to take a hint. They had a dolce & gabbana bag as well for about 3100. I found the same one online in excellent condition for 1400. I saw a versace top as well that was extremely overpriced for hundreds of dollars, and I got a versace button up for 40 dollars at a different consignment shop. LOWER YOUR PRICES or you will continue to never sell

If I lived in the area, this would be The place to go for gifts - so many choices! Home goods, soft goods, handbags, kids stuff - not the run of the mill crap you see everywhere, high end label fashion clothing, jewelry - it's a place you need to stop in and see. It's a place you need to keep in mind for later when you need a special gift for a special person or event.Staff was so attentive but not over bearing or obnoxious - just around to let me know they could open a case if I needed it.

We just purchased some terrific wall decor and it literally transformed our living room. These folks have excellent taste in sourcing out unique home decor and are well versed in interior design. I'm sure they get their share of coffee stains and popcorn crumbs to annoy any small business owner but our customer experience was great!

Horrible. We live in Chagrin Falls. Staff are consistently rude and imperious. You'll be assigned a "follower" to assure good behavior and compliance with their behavioral and browsing demands. Your visit may be tolerated but it won't be appreciated. Ladies; be prepared to be "looked-up-and-down" for fitness, attire and styling appointments. I used to think the attitude came from just a small brood of witches but I later realized all the women working there are equally bitter, resentful and rude. Could there be anything in store that would be worth that experience?

I have been into this shop many times over the past couple of years. The women behind the counter are consistently rude and not helpful. This past weekend was my last visit. I entered the store and was immediately followed by one of the store associates. I picked out a doll for my granddaughter and walked to the register where I stood for 10 minutes waiting to pay for the item. There were many associated straightening coasters and anything else possible, while watching me stand there. If the doll was not for my granddaughter, I would have left long before. Most of the items in the store can be purchased on Amazon or at Home Goods. White Magnolia is overpriced and frankly not worth the effort. There are many other shops in Chagrin Falls worth my time and money.

We live in Chagrin Falls and had extended family visiting over the Holidays. Despite our warnings to skip White Magnolia (in favor of Hedges), our visitors were curious to see inside. Immediately and right on cue; the woman at the counter was rude and offended the entire party of 8. This was precisely as we predicted. We turned around and walked out immediately. It doesn't matter who is at the counter; they are all rude, dat after day. A+ for being consistently off-putting and one star for always choosing to be rude. The offerings are not worth the aggravation and disappointment. The locals know this but the visitors don't. Run don't walk.

Everytime I come in I wonder if this is the timeI’ll be treated kinder. Never happened yet. They never greet you even as you walk past all of them at the register, but then they’ll follow right behind you, and make sure you feel their presence and watching eyes. Shop elsewhere, these people (which ultimately comes down from managemen)don’t care about any kind of warm and welcoming customer service.

Not having been to the Chagrin area before, my wife and I decided to pop into the various stores that lined the downtown. This store looked really pretty, though a bit out of our price range. I'm sure they must have a loyal customer base. Though, it was odd to not be greeted when entering the store by any one of the multiple employees behind the counter, as this was our experience when popping into any of the other storefronts.

Great to just browse for ideas but their prices are outrageous. Unfortunately I found out the hard way when I purchased a piece of artwork here but then found it at another location for $200 less. Plus the staff is kind of rude
