Waited a long time for our meals. The people who were seated long after we were got served much earlier. Our server, Julia E, never checked on us. I received a plate with sweet potato fries with a wiry black hair on the plate. Don't the cooks wear hair nets? However, the food was pretty decent. Sit downstairs if you want better service.

Just stopped by for breakfast…my first time at Yours Truly. Great food in a nostalgic, throwback diner. Breakfast, lunch and dinner. We sat upstairs where it was a little quieter. The service was really good.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I wouldn't because it was awesome. The only negative was that there were too many loose kids... not the restaurants fault... it's the parents. Music bumping in the bathroom. Ceilings high... windows big.

We popped in for breakfast with eight people including two infants. The staff was courteous, attentive and seated us relatively quickly. Food was good and they also offer gluten free and turkey sausage options, a courtesy not usually found.
You really can't go wrong here. It's a nice place with great service and the food was awesome. It helps to be in a beautiful location such as Chagrin Falls, but this particular Your's Truly is a cut above the others I've been too.

Love this place and love the food however, the last time i was here i noticed an older female manager yelling at our server upstairs and found it unprofessional and embarrassing for the server who was excellent the whole time and times before. I would expect a manager especially to realize that doing that in front of customers just is not the time nor place.

Used to be an amazing place to get takeout but as of lately no. I don't know what changed but there cooks arnt paying attention I picked up the notso fries today and they were burnt rock solid couldn't even eat it. No longer will be going to this
