First time here, the food was decent. Had the Calzone which so big and hard to eat but overall good. Our waitress was really nice and wasn’t a long wait for the food.

The worst service I have ever had any where for a long time. It was a bad start right from the beginning. We waited 10 minutes to be seated with no one a head of us. Then another 10 mins after we were seated before anyone came around for our drink order. After we made our food order, my meal came out wrong. I ordered the shrimp Alfredo and it came out chicken Alfredo (I was offered to be corrected but kept what I got because I was hungry and didn't want to wait). We asked for more water and it never came. Didn't see the waiter until we were done with our dinner. The food was nothing to talk about.This was our first time there and our last time.

Ok so when you walk in to pick up an order it's like your invisible. We still order food here because the food is good but you can star at your food on the To-go shelf for 5-10 minutes before anyone checks you out. I believe the owner dose this process and could care less when you ask them to complete your order. They start getting an attitude like you are an inconvenience. It's a shame we don't go there more frequently due to this attitude.

So Joeys offers a kids menu but won't let you order kids food to go. We ordered 2 adult meals and wanted to order food for our kid but they said they won't do kids food to go. Last time we came in they told me that I could order kids food to go if I brought my kid in (I guess to prove I actually had one and wasn't scamming) so I did and had to order my take out there instead of call ahead. This time they just said that there is no kids food to go. I could understand this if I only ordered from the kids menu but when you order 2 full size entrees you should be able to get food for you kid. Just a little weird I'd say

Food was nowhere NEAR as good as the last several times, sadly. We always LOVED Joey's in Madison AND ChardonKid-friendliness: ABSOLUTELY; STAFF IS ALWAYS GREAT! Inspite of the mediocre food, I tipped 40%.
